Tyler Petersen, 18, of Amador County graduated from United States Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego on October 25th, 2019. Tyler successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD San Diego as one of the recruits in Training Platoon 3249. While in recruit training Tyler achieved rifle expert.
