The playoffs are set for the Amador Adult Basketball League’s fall 2019 season.

In A division semifinal action this Sunday, December 1 at Amador High School, the top-seeded Blue Ballers will take on fourth-seeded Immortals at 3:45 p.m. and No. 2 County Boys will face No. 3 Botto Inn at 6:50 p.m.

Both games will be rematches of competitive games played in the final week of the regular season on November 24. The Blue Ballers entered last week unbeaten on the season and led the Immortals at the half, but the Immortals came to life in the second half to win 70-58, stunning the Blue Ballers and setting the stage for an intriguing rematch in the semifinals this Sunday. The other A division semifinal will feature the three-time defending AABL champions, the County Boys, taking on old rival Botto Inn. The two teams played a close game last Sunday in the final game of the regular season with the County Boys pulling away late for a 56-48 win.

The semifinal winners will face off in the finals on Sunday, December 8 at Amador High School.

In B division play, Outsiders B earned the No. 1 seed, but much like the Blue Ballers in the A division, they are coming into the playoffs off of a loss after falling 78-72 to Mueller’s Elite last Sunday. It was their first loss in B division play this season. The Outsiders B will take on fourth-seeded Botto Inn B in the B division semifinals at 7:55 p.m. this Sunday. In the other B division semifinal, Mueller’s Elite, seeded second, will take on Jam Fam at 4:50 p.m.
