The Amador High School wrestling program celebrated its successful 2019-20 season with an end-of-season awards ceremony earlier this month, highlighted by senior Shane Bertero being awarded Most Outstanding Wrestler for the third consecutive year.

Other awards given out included:

Most Improved: Jacob Schultz;

Coaches Award/Inspiration: Jose Cardona;

Most Dedicated: Mason Reagan;

Team Captains: Shane Bertero, Jacob Schultz, Gabriel Shrode;

All-Academic: Jacob Schultz (4.40 GPA), Gabriel Shrode (4.20), Ben Bramer (4.0), Shane Bertero (3.86), Seth Harlan (3.86);

Perfect Attendance (never missed a day of practice all season): Shane Bertero, Jose Cardona, Jacob Schultz, Mason Reagan.
