8:22 a.m. Animal Call in Martell. There is an unknown kind of snake in the break room sink at work.

11:22 a.m. Theft of Property in Jackson. Caller states her stimulus check was cashed by an unknown person in April.

1:03 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Amador City. Caller states she received a call from Bank of America stating that a known male subject was using the caller’s checking account and taking money from the caller. She has no contact with the subject, restraining order is on file.

1:05 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller stating she is afraid to go home to her address in Plymouth as her husband is staling her and calling her at all hours of the day.

1:21 Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Male subject is at the camp and is talking to himself and acting strange. Caller has never seen the subject before.

2 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Customer was standing in line for coffee and an unknown male subject wanted to grab her child. Child is 18 months old. Subject then left, direction not known.

2:04 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Female in a Dodge Charger is leaned over the steering wheel with mouth open and eyes closed.

3:35 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Amador City. Caller states landlord came into residence without permission and removed the air conditioning unit.

3:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller states subject left five minutes ago after a verbal argument and took the callers belongings. Subject has a swiss army knife, but did not pull it out.

3:54 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Callers brother has not been in contact for the last 48 hours. Very unusual that he does not answer his phone or call. Has a history of lung and medical problems. Would like to check to see that he is alright. 

7:33 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Male subject is throwing a metal pipe at vehicles. Subject isn’t wearing a shirt, light colored shorts and is now climbing the light pole.

7:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Two male subjects and a female are in a physical altercation. Caller says she doesn’t know her phone number and does not want contact.

8:10 p.m. Grand Theft in Plymouth. $2,300 was stolen from callers wallet while he was working at the above location today. Wallet was left in the cab of an unlocked truck.

9:54 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller calling 911 saying her car broke down and she parked at the above location. Per caller, she has been waiting for AAA for 2 hours and doesn’t feel comfortable as she is unfamiliar with the area.

11:51 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Callers daughter brought groceries to the house and threw them around the residence. She is now yelling at the caller. She is currently in the garage. Caller believes she is under the influence of drugs.

Tuesday, July 13

12:43 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. 3-4 juveniles are outside the residence on the side of the carport. Caller could see their hands moving up and down as if they are hitting something. Caller is unsure if they are fighting or if they are punching some of callers property.

7:25 a.m. Theft of Property in Jackson. Male subject out of Stockton reporting that his catalytic converter was stolen from his Toyota. Victim speaks Spanish only.

9:17 a.m. Theft of Property in Plymouth. Caller stating they found mail addressed to caller and callers wife. Caller is missing new checks from the Bank of America and would like to report it to the ACSO as well. Declining online reporting.

10:03 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Subject that lives in a black vehicle in front of another unit came up to callers unit and threatened to beat up the caller. Subject then left and went into the Unit he lives in front of. Unknown if he has weapons, is on drugs or has been drinking.

12:33 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller is trustee for his Uncle.$300,000 was transferred from the trust to his personal bank account. Per caller Uncle passed away in October and doesn’t have a granddaughter, but death certificate was signed by a subject that stated she was his Uncles granddaughter.

2:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson.Caller states a 60 year-old male subject got out of his BMW and screamed profanities at the caller. Caller wants to document as she suspects the subject lives in her neighborhood.

2:45 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states two known subjects came into the store and started yelling profanities at the caller and yelling. Associated vehicle is a white Highlander. Unknown if subjects are on drugs, have been drinking or have weapons. Subjects left eastbound on Highway 88.

5:33 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Two white vehicles, one a sedan, the other an SUV. Male subject laying face down on the side of the road. Older male and female subject walking around. Caller did not stop, no further description at this time. No other callers.

7:57 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Caller went to above address to check on a subject. Doors were all open and the dogs were in the kitchen. Caller yelled into the residence but the subject did not come to the door. Caller walked around the outside of the residence but could not locate him. Caller did bot go in the residence. Per the caller, subject is elderly and disabled. Caller saw an RV on the property that she has never seen before. 

9:29 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Callers stepmother shoved the caller while yelling at her. Caller arrived at the location to gather her belongings and leave. During that time, the stepmother started an argument. Caller is currently outside and stepmother is inside. Caller advised she was uninjured.

Wednesday, July 14

12:25 a.m. Animal Call in Jackson. A bear is in the backyard of residence. Caller is in his vehicle. Bear is shaking the callers vehicle. Caller hung up the phone before getting more information. Unable to call back the number.

1:50 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Subjects were in a physical altercation at the above location. Subjects have now entered the business and are extremely drunk. Subjects are currently not physical but are causing a scene.

6:26 a.m. Welfare Check in Buena Vista. Caller states a subject in a gray sedan is slumped over the steering wheel.

6:46 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller would like to check on ex-husband because subject is not answering the phone the last couple of weeks. Subject has mental and health issues. Caller wants contact.

7:39 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Plymouth. Caller out for a walk advising that a silver Ford F150 occupied by two male subjects based by the caller three times. Caller does not recognize the vehicle.

8:31 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states he is missing trash and recycle cans that he put out on the street this morning..

8:42 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states he received death threats and people are standing outside his house. Caller states he will build a few grenades and he will throw them and this will turn into a murder case.

9:40 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller stating unknown subjects are yelling threats at him from the river canyon. Caller reported to the EDSO as well, but wanted to speak to a deputy from the ACSO.

10:23 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states he sees something “shiny and reflective” i the distant and that someone may be trying to start a fire.

10:29 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she wants to make a report of a burglary that happened in April. Per the caller it pertains to jewelry, clothes and food.

11:22 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller wants to report his PG&E bill is more than $150 more than what it should be and believes that someone is living in the residence again. Caller has not been to the residence since summer of 2020.

2:11 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller states a female subject is on the porch and is refusing to leave. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or if she has weapons.

3:14 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller states a male subject in a small vehicle came to the callers property with a questionnaire board.

3:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states known subject is making crazy statements like :Kill me now: and that he has dynamite.

3:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states someone tried to open their trailer door and ran away last night at 11 p.m. Caller states he just saw a male subject on the northbound side of Highway 88 and thinks it may be related to last nights activity.

4:13 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller daughter is deceased and wants to talk to a deputy about stolen items from the property and bank accounts. Family members are taking items without consent of the will or executor. 

5:45 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Occurred 5 minutes ago. Male subject stole a clipper and shaver.

5:51 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller has questions about ACSO’s Facebook post about items stolen by his son. Caller states some of the items are his, wants them back. Also wants to know the status of checks his son stole.

6:26 p.m. Burglary in River Pines. Caller stating a known subject broke into her home by breaking the door handle while she went to the store. Caller is outside the house, subject is in the residence. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or if he has weapons.

11:18 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Occurred 15 minutes ago. Caller states the previous renter and her friends are banging on her door and running away. No further description.

Thursday, July 15

3:37 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Occurred 10 minutes ago. Caller states a man and woman are screaming like they were in danger and caller says her and her boyfriend feel unsafe.

8:32 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller advising that they located an unknown urn of ashes illegally buried in the cemetery.

2:39 p.m. Trespassing in Martell. Male subject is curled up in front of the store refusing to leave. Unknown if he has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

4:28 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Verbal argument/ongoing. Caller states known subject is refusing to leave the residence. Currently subject is on the porch. Subject does not have weapons, has not been drinking and is not on drugs.

6:06 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. White sedan 4 door drove out to the homeless encampment. Unknown how many people associated with the vehicle, 1 for sure.

6:19 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Rolling verbal argument 5 minutes ago. Could hear female driver screaming with male passenger.

7:08 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller advised her husband has been physically and verbally abusive today toward her daughter and grandchild. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or has weapons.

7:21 p.m. Welfare Check in Ione. 2 juveniles were on scooters going back and forth in traffic across Highway 104. When caller stopped to speak with them the juveniles said they were with their parents and went down the dirt road. No parents or vehicles seen in the area. Caller concerned for the welfare of the boys.

Friday, July 16

11:42 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states her friend was supposed to meet for a walk with friends yesterday and did not show up. Last contact was yesterday at 1 p.m. via text. 

1:23 p.m. Grand Theft in Pine Grove. Occurred within the last couple days. Caller states someone took items from his garage amounting to over $1,000. Caller claims a known subject did it.

2:15 p.m. Burglary in Plymouth. Caller states her business was broken into through the back door and approximately $500 in liquor was stolen sometime last night. Back door has visible damage.

3 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller captured video footage of a male subject who came on her property and caller believes he was “casing” her house.

3:03 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller stating he was hired to do tree work on the property for a female, stating the job has lasted longer than anticipated and the caller is now receiving threats from the female and a male subject.

4:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states a known subject has been drinking today and tried to hit and grab the caller an hour ago. 

4:27 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Martell. Caller states he has been taking care of the residence for a friend who is currently in a care facility. Per the caller, the neighbors have now blocked access to the driveway with a large tree.

4:29 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. New neighbor won’t stop feeding and grooming callers cat. Caller believes they are trying to take the cat. This afternoon, caller left a note on the neighbors door requesting they leave the cat alone. Neighbor returned the note crunched up and told the caller she is crazy. Cat is back home with the caller. Caller wants the incident documented.

4:58 p.m. Found Property Report in Pioneer. Caller found a gun with ammunition inside the river. Caller adamant it was found on the north side of the river.

5:01 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller states known subject pushed the caller and both injects are being verbal. Caller declining medical.

5:10 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller requesting check on her son who will not answer his calls which is unlike him, advising voicemail is not accepting messages.

5:49 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Associated with a black BMW, male and female subject are at the rivers edge doing naked yoga. 

6:46 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Loud music. Caller sates neighbor is playing loud music. Caller has already asked him to turn it down. Music was temporarily turned down but is now back at the loud volume.

6:46 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states there is a male subject trespassing that has slashed tires and is throwing rocks.

7:37 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Male subject is in the middle of the parking lot. Caller wants him removed from the property. Unknown if subject has weapons ,has been drinking or is on drugs.

8:42 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. Caller states she heard 1 high caliber gun being shot on silver drive.

Saturday, July 17

12:37 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller i 14 years old and is shaken up because he found his dads alcohol. Dad is an alcoholic and caller wants someone to call him. Father is not currently at the residence.

10:02 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. 1/8 mile north of Ridge Road a vehicle appears to have driven off the road and is at an angle where gas may be leaking from the vehicle. Caller is disabled and did not inspect further, states he did not see anyone around the vehicle.

10:50 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Plymouth. Water main is leaking – large amount of water. Voicemail left for City Public Works. 

11:10 a.m. Grand Theft in Pine Grove. Caller stating her neighbor stole her stimulus check — caller stating she has proof from the Treasury Department. Caller demanding to speak to a sergeant.

1:18 p.m. Burglary in Pine Grove. Multiple items taken — ladder was put under the kitchen window for access. No subjects currently in residence. Caller stating by at the location.

1:31 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller stating known subject is yelling and throwing things in the residence. No weapons, unknown if subject is on drugs or has been drinking.

1:36 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller came out for a subject locked out of a car. Caller states it is suspicious and thinks the vehicle does not belong to the subject and he was attempting to break in.

1:48 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Fiddletown. Verbal between a male and female in the background. Female came on the line and stated that he was beating her and line disconnected.

2:32 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller stating her father called her and stated that his female friend thew him against a wall — advising now she can hear the subjects out in the front of the house in a verbal altercation. Caller requesting a deputy return to the residence.

3:21 Burglary in Jackson Valley. Caller reporting her purse was taken sometime during the night from inside the residence. Back door was unlocked advising that the dog barked, but the caller didn’t investigate. Caller thinks an unknown subject came into the residence and took the purse.

5:51 p.m. Trespassing in Pioneer. Occurring now, 3-4 juveniles on dirt bikes trespassing on the neighbors property.

5:53 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller is a registered sex offender ad received a call from an unknown number requiring he meet with the caller to provide saliva and hair samples for registration. Caller is scared someone is trying to lure him somewhere and harm him because of his sex offender status.

7:57 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Physical altercation occurred 10 minutes ago. Caller sates the employee threw a metal milk shake container at the caller then sprayed the caller with a hose. Caller declining medical.

8:22 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Neighbor came onto the callers property accusing the caller of abusing her brother. Subject then pulled callers hair and scratched the callers face. Caller declined medical and admitted she had been drinking at her residence.

8:59 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Caller states that a known subject kicked a speaker today and hit her. She went to the hospital and needed stitches. Subject has been threatening her to get his stuff back.

9:32 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller states that a known subject is hitting the wall and “going crazy” and trying to break down the door. Subject is in the residence and caller is outside with his mom.

9:50 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Volcano. Caller states 2 guns shooting multiple times, at least 12 shots continuously.

11:01 p.m. Disturbing the Peace Ione. Callers boyfriend came home from golfing and his son fell out of the golf cart and hit his head. Subject then took their son inside and locked the doors. Caller is unable to check on her child. Per the caller, the subject yanked the son out of callers arms and locked himself inside with son. Per the caller, the subject has been drinking.

Sunday, July 18

12:39 a.m. Theft of Property in Volcano. Caller states a deputy advised him to lock his garage a month ago but he did not and a known subject stole his weed whacker worth about $250.

1:39 a.m. Grand Theft in Jackson. Caller states he dropped his wallet with $4,000 in it, casino has footage go subject picking it up but won’t release the footage without law enforcement.

3:55 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states that his son and a girl went to the resort, were supposed to be home around 11 p.m. and aren’t there.

8:18 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states her daughter got stuffed bears from her father and caller thinks she found a packet of drugs sewn into one on then. Subject is not with the caller.

3:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Loud music for the last hour. Caller would not like contact.

6:19 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Daughter is hitting the callers wife.

7:25 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male subject in white Volkswagen 4 door is refusing to leave the drive thru after employees refused to serve him due to him skipping people in line ad being hostile. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs or if he has weapons.

8:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller stating juveniles from the house listed above came to his house and stated that people were smashing in windows of vehicles that are on the property. 

10:45 p.m. WelfareCheck in Pioneer. Female is on foot above the intersection, She left the residence because of a disagreement, caller said she called for a taxi but was unsuccessful. Caller said she is starting to get scared and does not sound like she is familiar with the area.

Monday, July 19

9:50 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states a male subject is in the bathroom and yelling, Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs or if he has weapons.

10:04 a.m. Lost Property in Pine Grove. Caller states he built a ghost gun similar to an AR-15 and was lost during the divorce 4 years ago but he thinks he has a thread on where the firearm could be.

10:48 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell Caller states male subject is yelling at customers because a wire transfer did not go through. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs or has weapons. 

11:40 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Callers brother spoke to brother-in-law who did not sound like he was well. Caller is concerned about subjects in the residence having COVID.

1:23 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states known subject is in the callers living room and is choking himself with a belt.

3:06 p.m. Theft of Property in Jackson Valley. Caller states she has pictures of the white Toyota Camry occupied by two females taking mail out of mailboxes. Caller was following the subjects until Buena Vista Saloon.

4:58 p.m. Animal Call in Sutter Creek. Caller states multiple horses, pigs and sheep without food and water. Caller stopped and gave them some hay, but had no way of providing the m water. Animals appeared in distress.

5:02 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller believes a known transient subject is taking items form her camp and putting them in his camp.

5:44 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller requesting a deputy come speak with him regarding his troubles with alcohol.

7:23 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Physical altercation between two males. One is still at the casino, the other one took off on foot towards Buena Vista.

9:12 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Per caller, subjects are sitting in her tent and refusing to leave. Caller wants law enforcement to respond. Caller does not know who the subjects are.

10:53 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Security with a female subject who has been combative, she would not give her name and she is refusing to give out any information.

11:34 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Old white bus with yellow stripes occupied by a male and two juveniles is refusing to leave the parking lot. They have been there for multiple days.

Tuesday, July 20

9:01 a.m. Trespassing in Martell. Transients have put up a tent and are on private property.

9:58 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller would like to report a federal murder case he is being starved.

11:37 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Employee got a call from client that made statements and threatened he has dynamite glued to his body.

3:09 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Callers brother is damaging the house and yelling at everyone. Subject is COVId positive. Subject is heavily intoxicated, no weapons.

3:40 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller received a call from subject that has been drinking with a bipolar disorder. Subject was rambling about multiple issues. There is an unregistered pistol in the home and the father is known to be aggressive.

5:19 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male subject with guitar punched the glass to the pharmacy. Subject now at front of store with his elderly mother.

8:28 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Subject is running in and out of the street yelling.

8:37 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Known subject is currently drunk and sitting on the porch. Caller wants subject removed from the property and would like a deputy to ask him to leave.

9:30 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Subject came to the location and stole keys to the propane gate. Subject came in at 8:10 a..m. and caller has pictures of the incident and would like to file a report. Caller also wants to make a delayed report of another theft by the same subject that occurred on June 30th.
