Charles Buddy Fleming Jr., 60, Lodi; 1:51 p.m. at the Amador County Sheriff’s Office; Possession of paraphernalia to smoke/ inject a controlled substance; Possession of a controlled substance; Driving with a suspended license; Displaying false registration; No insurance.

The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.

Tuesday, December 17

5:59 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred on Kyle Ct., Pine Grove. Taxi service trying to drop off subject. Per the subject, the owners are not letting her back in. The taxi is waiting with the subject.

8:40 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Shenandoah Road, Plymouth. Caller was leasing vineyard, and had workers go pickup last of equipment and the owners with new lease were on the property. Per the caller the new leasees threatened workers with firearms though no firearms were seen. 

2:39 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Shake Ridge Road, Sutter Creek. Caller heard a generator and saw 2 Hispanic males walking on the back of the property. Subjects stated they were doing work. Caller is concerned about squatters. 

2:52 p.m. Lost Property: Occurred at Lowes, Martell. Caller left his cellphone and red wallet. Caller called his cell phone and spoke with a male who wouldn’t give his name but said he would take the wallet to the police station. Wallet contained driver’s license, credit card, $540.00 cash.

3:54 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Gold Oaks Mobile Home Park, Jackson. Caller states subject came over and started yelling at the caller about a water heater.

Wednesday, December 18

12:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Walmart, Martell. Homeless person with blond hair and grey jacket is yelling and throwing items at customers and employees. Currently at the pharmacy.

9:52 p.m. Suspicious circumstances: Occurred on Gold Strike Road, Pine Grove. Someone inside the residence with a flashlight. House has been vacant for a while. 

Thursday, December 19

1:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Star Mobile Home Park, Pine Grove. Roommate yelling at the caller and swinging his cane around. Subject yelling at the caller over yard work. 

11:20 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Buckhorn Mobile Home Park, Pioneer. Verbal. Male screaming at victim. 

Friday, December 20

11:31 a.m. Any Civil Problem: Occurred on Holiday Lane, Pioneer. Caller has a gate that closes on their property. Neighbors use it to access their property rather than their own. Caller is now being harassed on social media regarding the issue. 

12:51 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Main Street, Amador City. Caller and landlord had their personal items stored in the garage and now the landlord has removed them and put them in an unknown location in Drytown. 

2:50 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Shake Ridge Road, Volcano. White female drove by in a white car taking pictures of the callers house and daughter that was outside. Caller did not witness this as daughter told him after she came inside. 

3:11 p.m. Theft of Property: Occurred on Stony Creek Road, Jackson. Theft of mail. Mail found spread across the street.

Saturday, December 21

8:57 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Dunshee Road, Pine Grove. Neighbor is accusing the caller of mining under his house and this morning there was 3 hand written contracts left at the caller’s residence. 

6:37 p.m. Found Property Report: Occurred on Shenandoah/ Horseshoe, Plymouth. Caller states she found several boxes, Christmas presents and pictures alongside the road. 

Sunday, December 22

1:25 a.m. Welfare Check: Occurred at Buena Vista, Ione. Male subject covered in blood along side of the road. 

6:44 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at the Linda Vista Hotel, Martell. Caller states subject is trying to kill her. Caller states he cuts wires to her vehicle so she can’t leave. Subject has been tasered all night by subject. 

1:47 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred on Valley View Court, Pine Grove. 29 year old wife slammed the door on the caller’s hand and is refusing to let him go to work. 

Monday, December 23

7:50 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Jackson Rancheria General Store, Jackson. Caller states her Ex-husband’s wife bumped into the caller with her body and kept walking. Caller addressed her about it and they got into a verbal argument. The wife called her a whore as she left the gas station. Caller would like to get a copy of the report she filed with tribal police.

9:28 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred at Canine Clippers, Jackson. Caller states the Aces garbage can was taken either Saturday or Sunday night. Garbage bags were removed and the can was taken.

10:03 a.m. Disturbing the Police: Occurred on Hooper Court, Pine Grove. Caller states kids (11 year old, 5 year old and 7 year old) called the caller frantic because an unknown person came into the residence and left. The unknown person was bit by a dog.

6:53 p.m. Burglary: Occurred on Carbondale Road, Willow Creek. Unlocked shed, 4 chainsaws taken last night. 

9:24 p.m. Suspicious Person: Occurred on East Clinton Road, Jackson. Caller states there is a male subject walking with a flashlight next to the creek at the front of her property. 

9:46 p.m. Suspicious Person: Occurred at Linda Vista Motel, Martell. Unknown male subject in a hoodie near the basement door, kicking trying to get in. 

Tuesday, December 24

10:55 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at the Oaks Mobile Home Park, Ione. Caller states someone found her fanny pack on the mailbox outside of the oaks office and there is security footage of them taking $140 out of it and leaving in a red pickup. 

3:53 p.m. Vandalism: Occurred on Pioneer Volcano Road, Pioneer. Caller states someone went into his garage and damaged his motorcycle, wind deflector and part of the faring is removed with parts lying on the ground at the foot of the motorcycle. 

4:04 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred on Camanche Road, Ione. Caller was walking his dog and a pit bull came out of a backyard and attacked the caller’s dog. The owner of the pit bull and the caller got into a verbal argument. Pit bull no longer at large, currently back at the residence. Caller now at his residence. 

4:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred on Woodridge Drive, Pioneer. Caller states the daughter sprayed the caller with Lysol

in the face because she believes the caller is trying to put her to sleep. Caller is declining medical. Subject has been taking medication today. 

Wednesday, December 25

4:01 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Woodbridge Drive, Pioneer. Caller states that the stepdad and brother are putting things in the vents to poison her. 

Thursday, December 26

4:57 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Lupe Road, Pine Grove. Lock was cut to a gate on the caller’s property. Caller also saw signs of a vehicle on his property.

6:14 p.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at the Jackson Rancheria Casino, Jackson. Jewelry stolen out of a jacket. Security is with them.
