Friday, December 6

Kevin Richard Colburn, 64, Mokelumne Hill; 8:49 p.m. on Highway 49; DUI.

Saturday, December 7

Sutter Creek

Lorraine Louise Beas, 31, Modesto; 11:54 p.m. on Ridge Road and Highway 49; Felony warrant arrest.

The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.

Tuesday, December 3

8:06 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Lodestar Way, Pioneer. Caller received a phone call from her ex-husband stating that he was going to “F caller’s life up and anyone involved” including beating them up and that he had a firearm. Caller states the subject is upset due to losing the custody battle.

10:55 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at Mt. Zion Road and Highway 88, Pine Grove. Occurred last night. Caller is the Post Master. Mail boxes appear to have been hit by a vehicle and the door came off one of the parcel lockers and the package is missing. 

Wednesday, December 4

7:43 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at Pokerville Market, Plymouth. Occurred last night. Glacier water machine was broken into. The box is wide open and appears the money box inside is gone.

8:36 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at the Jackson Rancheria Casino, Jackson. Occurred three hours ago. Caller states a subject broke into her 2005 white Dodge Durango and 4 tires from the back seat were taken.

10:25 a.m. Vandalism: Occurred on Highway 88 and Carson Drive. Caller states she has been hit 3 times with rocks that have been thrown out of the blue. Two of the caller’s vehicles have chips in the windshields.

7:57 p.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred on Highway 104, Ione. Caller states a white male subject with long hair is punching the wall to the outside of the house saying “I’m going to f’n kill you,” “That’s why I beat your ass.”

Thursday, December 5

10:03 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at Pioneer Park, Pioneer. Theft of Camera.

Friday, December 6

3:22 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Sierra Circle Drive, Pioneer. Caller saw a flashlight coming towards her home. She turned on her light and opened the door and saw a vehicle speed off heading towards Highway 88.

8:30 a.m. Theft of Property: Occurred on Camanche Road/ Curran Road/ Jackson Valley, Ione. Occurred approximately 30 minutes ago. A black Infinity with a male driver with long hair and a passenger was stealing mail out of multiple mailboxes. 

8:51 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred at Lowes in Martell. Driver was delivering goods via a big rig/ trailer. Driver was approached by 2 males in a VW Passat who told the driver to back his truck to another truck/ trailer. Driver refused and backed in to the loading dock. Subjects drove off in a sedan and truck/trailer. 

9:05 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred at the Buena Vista Store, Ione. Caller states she had been kidnaped and has escaped. Poor Cell Service, disconnected. Is now at the Buena Vista Store.

9:34 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred at Verizon Wireless, Martell. Caller received a phone call stating that if she didn’t mail an item to the subject he was going to shoot the place up. Caller feels it was a crank call, possibly juveniles. 

10:30 a.m. Suspicious Person: Occurred at Walmart, Martell. White male in a black jacket and green pants has been sleeping near the stop sign at Walmart all night and has been yelling at customers and employees. 

10:53 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Buena Vista Store, Ione. A white female wearing blue pajamas is following the caller and yelling at him and his girlfriend over him taking things out of her residence. 

2:55 p.m. Burglary: Occurred on Pioneer Drive, Jackson. Caller is the landlord. Residence was broken into and the pellet stove was taken. 

Saturday, December 7

12:28 a.m. Disturbing the Peace: Occurred at Harrah’s Northern Ca. Male and female dispute. Security found the female with marks and is currently taking pictures. 

3:48 a.m. Welfare check: Occurred on Murphy Road, Pine Grove. Caller advised the brother in law is a problem and has been abusing him. Stated his brother in law is a murderer. Brother in law stated he has bombs all over the house and stated he is pouring gasoline all over his house and will end it all. 

9:21 a.m. Suspicious Person: Occurred at Claypool’s Gifts, Martell. Homeless male sleeping in a shopping cart in front of the store.

12:23 p.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at Walmart, Martell. White male in red flannel and blue jeans is taking items off the shelf and putting them in his back pack. Still in store and possibly under the influence.

2:04 p.m. Trespassing: Occurred on Canyon View Drive, Pine Grove. Theft of a trailer. A vehicle was also left behind on her property, a brown sedan.

3:08 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Dunshee Road, Pine Grove. Caller’s neighbor was in her shed breaking a hole in the floor apparently digging for gold with an axe. Caller yelled at him to leave and the subject left. On his way off the property the subject told the caller “I’ll see you in prison.” 

Sunday, December 8

1:53 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Highway 88 in Jackson. Caller states her ex-husband sent 4 threatening messages claiming he will harm the caller’s current fiancé. Caller would like the incident documented because of a civil standby later today.

7:03 p.m. Burglary: Occurred on Columbia Drive, Pioneer. Neighbor saw a maroon Tahoe parked at the residence yesterday, found gate open and lock cut off the shed. Log splitter is missing and unknown if anything else was taken. 

8:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Foothill Pines Court, Pine Grove. Ex coworker is commenting online on how she is going to beat up the caller.

10:15 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Dunshee Road, Pine Grove. Subject is mining gems under the caller’s residence.

Monday, December 9

9:27 a.m. Violation of Court Order: Occurred on Park Circle, Ione. Caller states the sister has been calling and leaving messages for the caller threatening to harm her if she does not go to the DA’s office and retract her statement. Caller states the subject is also writing letters to the caller’s doctor and telling strangers about her medical history. 

4:32 p.m. Theft of Property: Occurred on Shake Ridge Road, Sutter Creek. Amazon order showing delivered on November 27 and signed for by “Smith.” Caller did not receive the package, not able to locate the tracking number and caller has spoken to Amazon who is not helping. 

5:52 p.m. Theft of Property: Occurred at Jackson Rancheria Casino, Jackson. Caller is near security. Caller states her $400 cash out ticket was taken by an unknown subject and cashed out. 

9:07 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Paintbrush Lane, Pine Grove. Caller is rambling, very hard to understand. Caller stated 2 people were stabbed but could not tell her address or phone number. 

9:20 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on Dunshee Road, Pine Grove. Caller states neighbors are loading up the items that were mined under his house last night.
