Tuesday, December 22

7:40 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller called and rambled about her unnamed niece going to Mexico, and that she was running from people who were out to get her.

11:39 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Just to the left of parking lot entrance at Walmart. Caller states subjects in the back seat of a black BMW appear to be going through multiple purses and wallets.

12:37 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Caller states someone is dumping animal remains and human feces under their mailbox. Caller states this has been occurring for the last 2 months. Unknown who it is. There is currently a bag under the mailbox.

1:12 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller wanting to make a noise complaint about her neighbor revving his car too loudly. Caller would like to speak with law enforcement and to put her complaint on the record.

2:11 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A physical altercation is going on in the parking lot. No further details.

3:43 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states he can’t reach his mother who is 95 by phone all morning, which is highly unusual.

3:50 p.m. Vehicle Tampering in Jackson. Caller wants to report both of his vehicles within the last week from his driveway.

4:36 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states their landlord is trying to evict the caller and her father and is now making verbal threats to her father and hitting the walls. Caller left the residence and will wait for law enforcement in the driveway. Unknown if there are weapons, unknown if drugs are involved, but possible the landlord has been drinking.

4:40 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Drytown. Caller’s daughter had an incident this morning when a man and woman tried to make entry into her home but were unsuccessful. No weapons, but fear tactics used. This has happened a couple of times.

4:53 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states about 40 yards in the middle row of parking lot across the Walmart sign. Caller states someone took his catalytic converter on light green Toyota Prius.

Wednesday, December 23

2:18 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Caller states someone is spraying something in her residence making her throat burn. Refused medical.

7:09 a.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller went out to her woodshed to turn the light off and observed her neighbors stealing her wood. The male and female live directly across the street. Caller would like to file a report.

9:54 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller made a purchase on eBay that did not go through. Per the caller, eBay is requesting a copy of the police report in order to process a refund.

10:59 a.m. Crimes Against Elders of Dependent Adults in Pioneer. Caller is currently at the emergency room following up on a subject that overdosed on Oxycodone. The subject is unable to self-administer medications. The subject is not answering many questions because he does not want anyone to get in trouble.

11:07 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. A green Honda is stopping at mail boxes. Caller asked the subjects what they were doing. Caller thinks the male and female were trying to steal mail.

12:58 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller states her faded red leather purse including checks, credit cards, cell phone and house keys was stolen out of her vehicle. The vehicle was not locked at the time. Caller advising the gas station has camera footage.

1:18 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller would like to speak to law enforcement regarding an ongoing custody issue with his ex and possible future incidents. They have a custody order and make arrangements, but caller believes she is going to lie in an attempt to not exchange their child.

2:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male and female came in the store intoxicated. While inside, the female attempted to get in a physical altercation with the caller and started calling her names. Caller advised them they need to leave the location. When they left they threatened to fight other subjects.

4:20 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states neighbor came by the house 1 hour ago playing loud music and said “F Trump” to the neighbor. This is an ongoing issue.

5:16 p.m. Hit and Run with Property Damage in Jackson. Caller states a man drove into driveway in a gray Chevy pickup, looking for the neighbor. Subject didn’t have control of the truck, driving erratically and hit the key pad from the entry gate and drove away. Possibly has been drinking.

5:30 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in River Pines. Caller state his wife is making threatening calls that she will kill the caller. A few days ago she sneaked into callers house and stole his wallet.

9:06 p.m. Theft of Property in Jackson. Caller lost debit card and it is now being used for different charges showing different locations in Jackson.

11:49 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states an unknown homeless man lost a gray backpack by the door. Caller opened the backpack and found medication.

Thursday, December 24

6:33 a.m. Burglary in Buena Vista. Sometime during the night unknown subjects broke into the Buena Vista Saloon and took an unknown amount of items. Per the caller, the alarm went off and all the electricity is out. Caller believes they possibly cut the power lines to the location.

8:46 a.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Martell. Caller being harassed by a known male subject. Caller has asked him to stop calling but he continues to text her and calls her place of work. Caller wants the incident documented.

11:20 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller wants to speak with a deputy about ongoing issues with a female subject coming onto the property. Per the caller, she is making harassing statements online about his business and would like advice on what to do.

12:31 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller advising her furniture was taken from inside her residence while she was not at home. Per the caller ,she can see her bedroom set inside of their residence and wants to file a report.

3:06 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Female in the parking lot appears to be intoxicated. She is screaming and singing in the parking lot.

7:43 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller stating “I don’t see a problem with Papa Bear coming in, I’m going to disconnect now, God bless.”

8:13 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller would like advice on how to evict her son in a timely manner. Son is being verbally abusive to her.

10:48 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller advising of ongoing issues with harassment from her neighbor. Caller advising that 30 minutes ago the subject was masturbating near her porch.

11:25 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating a male and female were outside yelling. Caller believes they were in a physical altercation earlier. Now the female is screaming.

Friday, December 25

2 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states his stepfather physically assaulted him by choking him and throwing him down the stairs. It was over an argument he had with his mother. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons involved, possible firearms in the residence.

7:23 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller states boyfriend is taking callers furniture out of her trailer and leaving it outside. Caller states the trailer is not in her name.

9:21 a.m. Barking Dog in Sutter Creek. Caller reporting on ongoing issue with neighbors dogs barking for hours. Caller was told by animal control to call law enforcement.

4:32 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller requesting a deputy check on his father. Last spoke to him a week ago, when caller tries to call dad his voicemail box is full.

8:22 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Small gray SUV occupied by 3 people parked on the side of the road. Caller believes they were acting suspicious when he drove by because the subjects are not facing him.

Saturday, December 26

12:56 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states her husband has been shot outside. Caller is irate and would not provide further information then hung up. Caller also states she is homeland security and that President Donald Trump was at her house earlier. She does not know where the subject is that shot her husband and refuses to go outside to render aid. Busy tone on the call back.

7:46 a.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller has been having issues with her daughter this past year and believes her daughter is having mental health issues. Caller’s daughter woke up at 6 a.m. and has been yelling and screaming since she woke up. Caller wishes to speak with law enforcement on what to do. She is concerned her daughter will become very angry if she sees law enforcement. She has a history of drug use, no weapons possibly under the influence of marijuana.

8:32 a.m. Welfare Check on Lower Ridge and Highway 88. Caller advising a female is walking on the side of the road and appears to be very confused. Per the caller, she has a large laceration on her forehead that appears to have been caused by a fall. Female is elderly and possibly has dementia.

1:39 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Callers daughter is walking around the property screaming and cussing at the neighbors. Caller is concerned a physical altercation is going to occur due to her behavior. Neighbors shut the door and went inside, but the daughter is still outside yelling. She was last seen near the garage outside.

2:04 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller stating the archangel Michael is incapacitated. Caller states she still needs her with Michael.

2:08 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A female near the Pet Department is bearing her bottom, being verbal at the staff and throwing items. Possibly on drugs, or has been drinking, no weapons.

3:36 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states a man came into the store and stole a can of beer. Caller states the store had found his backpack and was holding it for him, when they came to collect the backpack he stole a can of beer. Caller has video footage.

5:34 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states neighbor came to callers home stating she is being verbally harassed by her neighbors and wood is being stolen from her property. Unknown if alcohol, drugs or weapons are involved.

9:30 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller states that his neighbors dogs have been barking all day - one outside, one inside. This is unusual for the dogs. Caller knocked on the door to the residence but no one answered, however, their cars are in the driveway.

9:49 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller stating he recorded a video of himself and a female in sexual acts and sent it to another female over Facebook Messenger. That female is now threatening to share the video publicly.

10:01 p.m. Assault with A Deadly Weapon in Sutter Creek. Caller states his girlfriend just shot his car with a .32 handgun.

Sunday, December 27

1:05 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller of 95 years of age, says no one has been to her house in over a month and she has no food. Caller requesting contact.

1:52 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller has 2 trailers stored for repair. Caller has tried to reach the business for 6 months and left multiple messages but has been unable to reach them to obtain the two trailers.

2:22 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller states a plain white moving van between the callers address has been there since 11 a.m. Possibly occupied by two subjects.

2:48 p.m. Robbery in Jackson. Caller states he was approached by a female who told him that another subject took her Galaxy S20 worth $1,000 out of her vehicle while she was in the car. The thief left southbound on Highway 49 on foot. Subject wearing all black and armed with a knife.

3:12 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Fiddletown. Caller states he was at his girlfriend’s residence and her friend, a male approximately 25 years of age, got in a verbal argument with the caller. Caller and girlfriend left the residence and parked down the street.

3:49 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Mom and boyfriend got into an argument. The mom slapped the boyfriend’s child with a belt on the arm and side. The boyfriend and child then left/ Caller would like to report the abuse.

7:44 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller states a Facebook post is about a known subject and her 11 year-old daughter that is walking on Highway 49 towards Plymouth. Daughter is stating she is being followed by two male subjects. The daughter is making threats she has a baseball bat and will handle the situation.

8:58 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller contacted 911 stating her husband will be driving down the road shortly and does not have his bodyguard with him.

9:10 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller states a male in a Chevy pickup was trying to sell jewelry to customers. Subject then left and headed towards Walmart.

10:22 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell Caller states man is arguing in the parking lot. Unknown if he is on drugs or has been drinking. No weapons seen.

Monday, December 28

1:26 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller would like assistance in keeping an eye on her residence.

1:50 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller called and stated her address, then started playing music.

6:36 a.m. Robbery in Jackson. Caller went to Bank of America to withdraw $300 and walking back to Best Western, caller states a subject came up behind and stuck something in his back, saying give me your money. Caller gave the subject the cash and the subject fled on foot.

9:56 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle at Kirkwood. Security states a sliver Acura is parked in the employee no parking zone for several days, covered in snow. Caller concerned it may be a stolen vehicle or that someone abandoned it for some reason.

10:39 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. A female is driving around the callers property for the last 10 minutes. Currently it is parked in the gravel on the caller property. Unknown if there are weapons, if the subject has been drinking or is on drugs.

10:51 a.m. Grand Theft in Pine Grove. Caller states he had some work equipment valued at over $1,000 stolen from his work truck in the driveway sometime last night. Unknown who took the items.

12:12 p.m. Abandoned Vehicle in Plymouth. Tan Toyota abandoned for 5 days.

3:38 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller states a woman in a silver GMC SUV was sleeping in their locked parking lot this morning .When caller confronted the woman she left and returned several times. Caller would like to know what their options are to have subject removed.

3:56 p.m. Vehicle Tampering in Jackson Valley. Catalytic converter taken from van in the last 2 months. Caller states they have not driven the vehicle in 2 months.

6:43 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Dark figure running across the driveway. Caller concerned it was a person.

9:40 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Motorhome to the left of the residence. Caller states husband has been drinking and is verbally aggressive. Original call came in as a medical, but subject stated he did not need help. No weapons.

10:28 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. A female sitting in a gray Jeep Cherokee, parked at Pump #1. Unknown if she is on drugs, has been drinking or has weapons, but she is not responding properly.

Tuesday, December 29

8:26 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Buena Vista/Brickyard. Caller states a woman is wrapped in a blanket, standing by a blue Mazda SD, attempting to flag cars down. Caller did not feel safe stopping, but wanted to call it in.

12:21 p.m. Grand Theft in Pine Grove. Caller states someone took various tools, drills, saws from his vehicle parked in front of the callers residence. Vehicle was not locked, items worth approximately $1,300.

12:23 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Male subject in a gray Toyota SUV was going through callers trash at callers front door. Caller states her daughter came home, which startled the male and he took off. Nothing stolen.

2:24 p.m. Lost Property in Martell. Caller believes her wallet was stolen four days ago and would like to file a report. Wallet was either taken from inside her home or inside her vehicle which was parked in the driveway.

2:35 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller states a woman is slumped over in the driver’s seat. Caller not wanting to get closer to the vehicle.

3:06 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Plymouth. Caller states her neighbor is antagonizing her and verbally harassing her in an attempt to get her to sell part of her property to the neighbor.

3:09 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caretaker has been trying to reach a client for three days and cannot reach by phone. Caller states the gate to the subjects property is locked, unable to gain access or reach client.

5:28 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller states a younger male was wandering around inside the liquor store without a mask. Subject went to the back of the store where he is not supposed to be and owner told him to exit the area. Subject turned and left the store, got into a car with a friend and drove westbound on Highway 88.

5:48 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Physical altercation, female was grabbed by the throat.

6:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller states his brother is threatening the caller that he will kill him if he leaves his room.

7:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller unable to get a hold of neighbor and would like law enforcement to make sure she is okay.

9:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Subject is wondering around in front of the emergency room yelling and making a scene.

9:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Subject is driving a quad up and down the cul-de-sac, up to 17 times now.

9:47 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller spoke to her mom who wasn’t feeling well and was going to drive herself to the hospital. Caller checked the area hospitals but the subject is not in any of them and the mother is not answering her phone.

11:07 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Caller states a man knocked on the callers door asking for gas. Caller told him no, so subject is going around knocking on neighbors houses. Unknown if subject has weapons, possible has been drinking or on drugs.

Wednesday, December 30

12:23 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. White full size van is moving items in and out of vehicle.

3:15 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Noise down the hill, truck with horse trailer. Horse is kicking and woke the caller up.

10:59 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller states 5 minutes ago she drove by and saw a white sedan with side damage occupied by a man and woman. Unknown if there are weapons, if they have been drinking or are on drugs.

2:08 a.m. Violation of Court Order in Amador County. Caller is a transient who claims a male subject is violating a restraining order by calling her cell phone. Last occurrence was this morning. Caller is homeless and states the violations are occurring while she is in Amador County, unable to specify her locations when subject is calling and texting her.

3:10 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. Burgundy 4-door Ford is parked near the mailboxes. Caller states she has never seen the vehicle before, they possibly might be attempting to steal mail.

10:06 p.m. Be on the Lookout in West Point. Blue Honda minivan occupied by a male and female. Left the scene, possibly en route to Pioneer. Reported stolen generator, car batteries and chainsaws. If located stop, field interview and notify Calaveras.

Thursday, December 31

10:43 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Plymouth. Caller is being harassed by her neighbor because she has refused to sell her property to him. Caller wants to speak to a deputy about how to handle the incident.

1:30 p.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. Subject walking westbound on Sutter/Ione about a mile from Highway 49. Male subject looks confused and does not appear to belong in the area.

1:40 p.m. Welfare Check at Highway 88/San Joaquin County Line. Blue Camaro convertible, male driver. Vehicle is off the road in the turnout just passed the scales.

1:45 p.m. Theft of Property in Jackson Valley. Callers checks were stolen from her mailbox and one of them has been cashed. Per the caller, the check was cashed on December 29 in the amount of $350. Caller is missing two additional checks that may not have been cashed at this time. Caller is unsure of when the checks were stolen.

2:21 p.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Pine Grove. Caller fired an employee and is now being harassed demanding his job. Per the caller, the subject will not stop calling and texting. Caller wishes to speak with law enforcement about the incident.

5:10 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Subject showed up at the callers residence accusing the caller of stealing her medication. Subject pushed the callers husband and drove off, possibly en route to West Point.

6:04 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pine Grove. Caller stating that he’s heard at least 6-7 shots in the past 30 minutes.

6:49 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pine Grove. Caller states that she is hearing shot gun rounds in the area, advising that a ricochet round hit the tree above her residence.

8:50 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states her husband has been verbally abusing her the last two days. Male subject in the background yelling that the caller hit him. Subjects now in different rooms in the house. No weapons, drugs or alcohol involved.

10:13 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller seeing multiple flashing lights and possible sparks, no flames. Believe it is coming from the gravity fed water lines.

Friday, January 1

12:05 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Jackson Valley. Caller stating that she’s hearing what she thinks are .22 caliber rounds from inside the park.

12:35 a.m. Brandishing Weapon in Jackson Valley. Male subject is running around the property with bear spray.

12:52 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating her neighbor came over to her residence for assistance stating that her boyfriend beat her. Female crying refusing to give her name.

1:07 a.m. Lost Property in Ione. Lost wallet, small, purse style with the word “Love” on the side, red and black. $500 worth of cash in the wallet and cards.

8:34 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller requesting to speak to a deputy regarding issue with neighbor and shared fence and goats.

12:25 p.m. Suspicious Person in Ione. Westbound lane a man with a long knife in one hand and a hand bag in the other.

12:36 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Caller is the daughter, received help text messages from her mother. The she calls her mother the phone just rings.

1:21 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Two transients are laying out all their belongings. Caller states they have been in the area for a few days now. Unknown if they have weapons, have been drinking or are on drugs. No dogs seen. Caller would like them removed from the property.

5:44 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller stating he usually plays cricket in the evenings and believes his neighbors are purposely starting chainsaws in response to the noise. Caller would like to know what options he has.

6:55 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Old SUV is parked with the lights on, all doors open — no persons seen.

7:20 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Callers daughter broke a back window attempting to gain entry into the residence. Unknown if she has a weapon, possibly has been drinking or on drugs. Subject is possible back in her trailer on the property.

7:24 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller wants to report her car was broken into at Walmart today, cell phone was stolen, unknown if vehicle was locked. Caller believes she knows who did it.

8:23 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. 4 subjects on the side of the road trying to flag down cars. Caller did not stop as he is disabled.

10:12 p.m. Animal Call in Jackson. Caller states that her neighbors went out of town for two days and left their two or more dogs locked in the vehicle in front of the residence.

10:22 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller stating that her husband needs to go to the hospital but he is refusing. The caller believes that he is COVID positive, stating he ripped the door off its hinges and threw it outside, broke her phone, and is currently throwing candles off the kitchen table. Caller originally called 911, but is now not requesting any assistance stating she will barricade herself in her room for the night.

10:29 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Fiddletown. Callers wife heard a female yelling for help and to call 911. Caller drove up and don Fiddletown Road, but did not hear anything further.

Saturday, January 2

9:13 a.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. A female subject is screaming at customers as they come in and out of the store. Female is currently out front screaming at the gas truck driver and will not leave the property.

10:24 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Man with silver hair in gray full sized pickup truck, walking around in the open field with unknown items, possible attempting to leave items in the field. Caller witnessed subject attempting to unlock the gate. Unknown if the subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.

1:11 p.m. Welfare Check in River Pines. Caller owns a residence and had a conversation with his tenant to discuss her continued stay in the residence at noon, no there is no answer when he knocked at the door. Caller is worried about her well-being.

2:01 p.m. Trespassing in Pioneer. Caller states dirt bikes driving on his property. Caller spoke to the subject and informed him of the property lines, but saw him driving on his property again today and would like to file a report.

2:40 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Female is hitting the caller.

2:53 p.m. Animal Call in River Pines. Callers neighbor’s 3 dogs have attacked the callers cows today, dogs are covered in cows blood. Per the caller, the dogs have been antagonizing the callers cows and the caller has spoken to the neighbors in the past. Neighbors currently are not at home. Caller has pictures.

3:02 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Volcano. Caller states she can hear loud gunshots, possibly high caliber the last 30 minutes.

3:05 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Female at the guardrail at Walmart is screaming and yelling at cars. Swung her sweatshirt at a car. Possible on drugs, or has been drinking. No weapons seen.

4:23 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Jackson Valley. Caller can hear a dozen shots fired from a handgun, possibly semi-automatic coming from the day use area.

4:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Callers friend has been drinking and is flipping out, yelling at husband because he won’t give her car keys.

6:15 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Male subject with a bicycle on side of the roadway is pacing in circles. Caller advising the subject has been in the same spot for 20 minutes.

6:48 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. Caller is stating tenants are calling reporting shots fired for the past 20 minutes. Unknown where it is exactly coming from.

7:40 p.m. Be on the Lookout in Volcano. Caller heard what she thought was a subject shooting a firearm out of a vehicle, did not think the vehicle was backfiring.

7:51 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller speaking in Spanish only claimed she was being assaulted, nothing further, on call back with a Spanish translator.

Sunday, January 3

1:38 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller requesting to speak to a deputy for advice about custody exchanges to ex who is currently in quarantine for COVID-19.

3:21 p.m. Animal Call at Stony Creek Road.3 cows with tags in the roadway, transfer to CHP.

3:27 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Female was in a physical altercation with callers female friend. Caller advising the friend is now walking southbound. No medical required.

4:41 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Plymouth. Heard only, approximately 25 rounds fried within the last 15 minutes.

5:18 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. 911 hang up, heard yelling in the background.

5:31 p.m. Suspicious Person at bus entrance to Jackson Rancheria Casino in Jackson. Female refusing to leave for over 24 hours and was sleeping on the casino floor. Multiple contacts made by security. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.

6:32 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states a bag was left outside the store containing food, clothes and personal hygiene items. Caller states they think the bag belongs to a male subject associated with the Lowe’s incident from a few days ago.

6:40 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell Jeep Cherokee with unknown subject off the side of the roadway, no lights on. Caller is concerned because it is a vehicle hazard.

10:30 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller stating a man in front of the store trying to sell different stuff to people. Unknown if the subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs. Subject was trying to make conversation with the caller, but the caller left.

Monday, January 4

2:17 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Callers son is screaming out in front of his house.

7:37 a.m. Unlawful Entry to a Dwelling in Martell. Homeless camp set up near the mailboxes in front of location. Caller is the owner of the property and wants the camps taken down and subjects off of the property.

10:14 a.m. Civil Standby, Keep the Peace in Pioneer. Caller requesting law enforcement while he does a walkthrough of property and gets keys turned over to him from current tenants that are moving out as he goes through the eviction process.

12:25 p.m. Vehicle Accident in Plymouth. Blue Pontiac Firebird spin off the roadway occupied by one inside the vehicle, unknown if injured. Per the caller it smells like alcohol.

1:54 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller was living at the location and had a verbal agreement with the landlord. Caller advises she wasn’t paying rent because she didn’t have water at the location. Caller advised she is leaving today, but she is being harassed by her landlord. Caller quit moving today because it was raining and now the landlord has unplugged her extension cord and started throwing callers belongings. Caller is staying in the trailer at the residence.

1:58 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller called 911 stating something about her vehicle being unable to get into gear. Caller is hard to understand and sounds very upset. Caller advising she is 105 year old.

2:37 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Ione. Caller states he was looking for cans and bottles on the side of the road and found hair attached to what looks like a scalp, caller is unsure if it is animal or not.

3:32 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Callers son came to residence to take a shower and started banging on the doors and walls. He then started yelling and talking to himself. Per the caller, he was in the shower for 2 hours and started yelling at the caller to turn the hot water back on because the shower became cold. Subject is now walking around without a shirt and caller is concerned due to his behavior. Caller believes he is in a psychosis. Caller believes he is out of his medication. Caller advised the subject is no longer in the residence and is locked outside.

4:54 p.m. Animal Call between County Line and Camanche Park Causeway. Calf stuck on outside of fence on the south side of the road.

5:55 p.m. Burglary in Pioneer. Occurred sometime between Thursday night and now. Broken sliding door off of the kitchen, multiple times missing. Jewelry boxes with contents, gifts on kitchen table — gone.

9:03 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Callers son is running outside without a shirt on and caller is concerned about his health. No weapons, drugs or alcohol. Caller states the son has mental issues.

9:39 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states her boyfriend has been drinking and the caller is scared that the subject will hurt her. No weapons.
