The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.
Tuesday, January 13
12 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller asked guest to leave and now subject is breaking things inside the room. Subject has been drinking, unknown if he has weapons.
5:55 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson. Left hand side of road towards the end, gray Dodge parked, unknown if occupied but have never seen the vehicle in the area before.
7:04 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Homeless camp behind Walmart. Caller was assaulted by subject because his girlfriend broke up with him and he took it out on the caller. During the attack, the subjects lizard was killed. Subject said the caller was responsible and started chasing her around. Caller picked up a metal cup and started swinging it at the subject to defend herself. Caller said she would like to go back to the camp to gather her belongings but wants law enforcement with her when she does. Caller advised she does not wish to press charges.
8:11 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Homeless male came into Burger King and told caller a female has been assaulted behind Subway. Per the caller, the male subject had no description and did not provide a timeframe.
8:49 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Vehicle has been driving around the neighborhood during the night and is now parked at the end of the court on Antelope. Per caller, it is parked behind the bushes out of sight and the vehicle is unoccupied now.
9:28 a.m. Welfare Check in Ione. Subject has been making threatening statements after being accused of stealing items off the rental property. Caller is worried for a subject that lives on the same property.
11:02 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller owns a lot where he is putting logs around the property to limit access by vehicles. Caller states there was a male subject that asked him to remove the logs from the property because he did not have access to his mailbox. Caller seeking advice.
12:05 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Willow Creek. Caller states someone is shooting guns on the property behind him, states he can hear rapid fire semi-automatic. Started 10 minutes ago.
1:23 p.m. Theft or Property in Pine Grove. Caller states someone came into her backyard and stole a broken chainsaw around 11 or 12 p.m. last night. Caller would like to file a report.
1:24 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Caller was serving tenant with eviction papers and the subject became very verbal and “got in the callers face” about the papers. No physical altercation, but caller would like to report the incident.
1:35 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she is scared and needs a deputy States her transmission is going out. Caller is on cell phone with bad service, unable to obtain further information.
3:17 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller states tenants were served with eviction papers and were to leave today at 11 a.m. but are refusing to leave. Requesting law enforcement assistance to have them removed from the property.
6:23 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle on County Line 1 mile west of County Line. Caller can see 2 vehicles and flashlights on the road by the river. This is the third night in a row with this activity going on.
6:50 p.m. Suspicious Person on Highway 88 and Clinton Road. Caller states a male subject is on the side of the highway “acting like he is going to jump into traffic.” Unknown if the subject is on drugs, has been drinking, or has weapons.
7:56 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Callers mother was in a physical altercation with her boyfriend.
11:55 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Verbal argument, caller asked his daughter to leave and she refused. Caller has been drinking and states he will leave the pellet gun outside the front door.
Wednesday, January 13
12:41 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller heard metal door that gore to patio latch and unlatch, no one should be inside.
4:10 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller saw two male subjects in his backyard.
8:58 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller would like to discuss different kinds of burglary at neighbor’s house and trespassing.
9:30 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Caller would like law enforcement to check on his dad. They didn’t speak for 12 years. Caller would like contact.
12:44 p.m. Burglary in Pine Grove. Occurred last night, one of the cottages was broken into last night, unknown if anything was taken. Caller states there has been an unknown white Toyota Sienna Van in the area since this morning, unknown if it is related.
2:36 p.m. Welfare Check at Highway 26 and County Line. Caller states a blue vehicle is parked on the road, male driver slumped over the driver’s seat. Unknown if he is sleeping.
2:59 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states she is centuries old and has an angel stuck in her uterus.
3:25 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Behind the smoke shop transients are building a camp. Caller is managing the leases at Amador Plaza Shopping Center and wants contact with law enforcement.
3:52 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. A man and woman are going around knocking on doors in the neighborhood asking if someone could drive them to Jackson to get their car. Caller states the man offered the caller a beer from his backpack. Caller does not recognize the subjects. Subjects possibly on drugs, have been drinking, no weapons known of.
3:58 p.m. Welfare Check inn Martell. Caller was to be picked up by her friend an hour ago but she has not shown up. Caller concerned as the subject had stated she was not feeling well.
5:18 p.m. Welfare Check in Willow Creek. Caller was hysterical and couldn’t provide information, then hung up the phone.
5:32 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller states a female just pushed her off the barstool. Declined medical attention.
5:49 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller had a subject watching her dogs and carts. Text conversation ended with subject telling the caller :sorry she didn’t kill the dog.” Caller is worried about the welfare of her dog.
7:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller is an employee, states a subject has been on the premises for over 6 hours. Caller says the subject “is not all there” and is talking saying “He build McDonalds.” Possible dementia, no drugs and has not been drinking. No weapons known of.
11:06 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Male subject is unconscious behind the wheel. Knocked on the window and the subject moved but didn’t wake up.
Thursday, January 14
12:07 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states that there is a dark colored Chevy Blazer towing a trailer parked at the end of the court. Caller thought it was suspicious.
2:31 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Caller states a known subject is yelling and screaming. Unknown who he is yelling at. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs or has weapons.
2:38 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller called 911 stating “the cavalry has arrived and needs reinforcements” then disconnected.
8:17 a.m. Vandalism in Amador City. Caller from Public Works states all the signs over Amador City, various road signs ripped out and thrown down. Requesting contact with law enforcement.
8:59 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Male and female in a black Acura took sunglasses from Walmart and left. Unknown if they have been drinking, are on drugs, or have weapons.
9:29 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. White Ford truck with camper has been parked at the parking lot towards the back of the store for the last 3 days.
12:52 p.m. Any Civil Problem in River Pines. Caller requesting advice on how to go through eviction process on her late brother in laws girlfriend. Caller states tenant cut off the cable and is refusing to leave.
1:09 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller would like to speak with a deputy regarding her missing daughter.
2:05 p.m. Trespassing in Plymouth. Female customer is trespassing and almost hit someone on the parking lot with her car. Subject in the parking lot in a dark Jeep with a broken windshield. Subject has possibly been drinking, or is on drugs, unknown if she has weapons.
4:19 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller concerned as her husband left on January 12 to do work on the shed on their property and was expected back last night, but he never returned. Subjects phone goes directly to voicemail.
7:44 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller can hear a verbal argument. A man is yelling approximately 30 yards away from the callers residence.
Friday, January 15
1:09 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller stating she has not heard from her mother since this weekend and that is very unlike her. Caller has been worried about her as the neighbors have been spraying pepper spray into her house.
6:11 a.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. A man is walking around the store harassing other customers and following them to their cars.
8:21 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. And man and woman are walking up and down the road arguing. Caller states the woman was covering her head and face with a red and white blanket. Unknown if they have been drinking, are on drugs, or have weapons.
10:47 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Sutter Creek. Caller wants to rent the house and potential renters want to grow marijuana in their backyard. Caller is concerned if this is legal.
12:01 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Fiddletown. Black Ford sedan parked next to the gate on the gravel since 6:50 this morning. Caller is concerned that someone abandoned it.
1:13 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller requesting law enforcement check on the space next to his. The door to the residence has been open for two days now and the subjects cat was left out. Subject is on medications and has been known to drink. Unknown if she has weapons. Subject was last seen 3 days ago, and no one has had contact since.
2:24 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. There is a physical fight behind Amador Plaza Shopping Center.
4:04 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller states a known subject kicked him in the face yesterday at 11 p.m. Caller was advised to call ACSO and file a report.
5:14 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller reporting his child’s mother came to the callers parents’ house and took their child. Caller believes she is under the influence and driving. Left an hour ago.
5:32 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller was attempting to meet with his client, but was advised she was taken to the hospital at 10 a.m. this morning. Caller discovered the residence is unlocked and would like law enforcement to secure the residence.
6:29 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states a woman was attempting to jump in front of cars. Male subject tackled her and dragged her back to the residence.
9:26 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Male subject is yelling at employees and refusing to leave, associated with a black Toyota hatchback.
Saturday, January 16
12:10 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating that an ex-girlfriend is refusing to leave the property - she is currently outside the residence.
6:01 a.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Caller states two males, one in the front yard and one in the backyard.
9:47 a.m. Found Property Report in Martell. Caller found a small, black wallet with money, credit cards and driver’s license by the Big 5 Parking Lot. Would like it returned to the owner.
11:54 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Male caller called ranting about a subject being held hostage. Possibly talking to someone on the other line. Attempting to reconnect for further information.
12:54 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Black SUV with removed plates, no persons seen. Caller doesn’t recognize the vehicle as one of the neighbors cars. The vehicle shoed up sometime last night or early this morning.
1:05 p.m. Vandalism in Jackson Valley. Callers mailbox was broken into this morning, want to file a report.
1:24 p.m. Theft of Property in Plymouth. Caller wants to report his catalytic converter was stolen sometime between October 20 and October 25. Caller states he saw ACSO had caught the thief and now wants to file a report of the theft.
2:27 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states his girlfriend’s brother shoved the caller during an argument. Caller denying medical attention. No weapons, unknown if subject has been drinking or is on drugs.
3:56 p.m. Found Property Report. Caller states she found a tool near the cluster of mailboxes that she thinks is related to the mail thefts on December 23. Caller would like to speak with law enforcement and hand over the tool she found.
4:26 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. Caller can hear multiple shots fired approximately 30 in the last 30 minutes. Sounds like a 22 rifle.
5:17 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Callers daughter was cursing in front of the family and children, Subject has been drinking and is on drugs. Currently she is in her bedroom. No weapons. Per the caller this is an ongoing issue.
5:52 p.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Male subject is yelling and talking to himself, carrying some type of long object — possibly a flashlight.
6:03 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Plymouth. Child custody dispute — caller stating the his ex is refusing to turn his child over to his current wife per the custody agreement.
7:35 p.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Caller stating a large group of about 15 juveniles are walking west towards the 49er RV Park. Caller stating they seem to have been drinking heavily.
8:18 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller is in the hospital, while on the phone with her husband she stepped away from the phone and when she returned the husband was not responding. Now the phone line won’t ring and she is unable to contact him.
8:29 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Callers daughter is yelling and throwing things in the residence, requesting deputies return to the residence.
8:40 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating that he was physically assaulted by a known subject stating their was a verbal altercation and then the subject tackled and punched him.
11:24 p.m. Burglary in Jackson Valley. Across from the callers residence at the vacant residence. Caller believes the previous tenant is currently stealing tools from the shed. Gray Dodge PK baked into the driveway.
11:28 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. 911 hang up. Caller was asking what her rights were if a tangent that lives on her property enters her house without permission. Multiple voices heard yelling in the background.
Sunday, January 17
12:12 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Female stated no emergency and was trying to call 411 while crying. Then a male subject got on the line and stated there was no emergency and that everything was fine.
5:13 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Black Honda Accord stuck in the ditch with power tools in the back, occupied by three males.
9:57 a.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Subject appears to be on drugs. Subject is walking in and out of the store and screaming at the building, per the caller. The subject will not leave the property.
11:37 a.m. Vandalism in Plymouth. Caller advising the subject she called on earlier was contacted by ACSO. Per the caller, the subject returned to the store and broke her driver side rear window to her vehicle. Subject left on foot down Main Street.
2:42 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller advised she has a restraining order preventing a subject from coming onto her property. Per the caller, the order has not been served yet, but the subjects vehicle is parked at the location.
4:34 p.m. Suspicious Person at Vista Point Caller states 2 subjects, a man and a woman are hammering at a rock at the entrance to Kennedy Mine.
6:15 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller states daughter is inside her room and breaking windows and screaming and yelling. No weapons, possibly has been drinking or is on drugs.
8:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller states now her daughter hit her husband with an open hand to the face.
11:35 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Verbal argument now separated. Subject now on foot headed towards Highway 88, subject was hiding behind the callers car. Caller asked him to leave and it got verbal.
Monday, January 18
2:23 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Noise complaint, there is a dirt bike going up and down the street for the last 30 minutes.
11:18 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Highway 104 east of railroad tracks. Caller found two holes on his property that he believes resemble graves. Caller was unsure if anything were in the holes. Caller requesting to speak with a deputy, also caller has pictures.
11:54 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller states her friend went fishing on Saturday, January 16 by himself. The friend is from San Francisco and had never been to Lake Amador. Caller has been unable to reach him since.
12:20 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller states a female driver and a male passenger appeared to be sleeping in their car for over 30 minutes. Caller made contact with the subjects who appeared to either be on drugs, or have been drinking. Unknown if they have weapons. Subjects then left the fuel station.
12:55 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states a man became verbal with the employees for not wearing a mask, yelling and screaming and refusing to leave the store. Caller states the subject threatened to fight. Subject currently is sitting in the parking lot in his vehicle.
1:38 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states she could hear sounds coming from the Mill, unable to provide address or location, then disconnected. On call back, spoke to an employee stated the woman left the store and is walking on the side of the road.
1:45 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Man was sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the store. Caller would like the subject removed from the property. Subject currently is laying at the bottom of the handicap ramp.
2:46 p.m. Trespassing in Sutter Creek. Caller states a man drove a Harley onto his property stating he was looking for someone. Caller drove off and the subject is on his Harley still parked the callers driveway.
2:59 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A man was yelling at a woman telling her to get out of her vehicle Caller states a woman with pink hair went into Walmart. Unknown if they have been drinking, are on drugs or have weapons.
3:25 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller states a transient woman with pink and orange hair came into the store and threw items around the store and left towards Savemart. Unknown if she has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.
5:26 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. Realtor wants to make sure a residence is secure. Caller states residence is for sale and should be vacant. Caller received a call from a neighbor saying they saw lights on in the house last night and possibly saw a vehicle that pulled into the back of the house.
9:37 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Amador City. Downstairs neighbor is pounding on the ceiling yelling that the caller is stomping on the floor.
10:23 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Callers brother in law has Alzheimer’s and is being combative.
Tuesday, January 19
1:51 a.m. Theft of Property in Jackson Valley. Caller states a known subject and unknown male subject took her purse after the caller went into the residence. They left in a white vehicle, possibly headed to the casino.
4:29 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states neighbor is shining a laser pointer into the callers residence. Caller states she has a civil harassment order again the subject.
7:58 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Ione. Warehouse room up door appears to be lifted, open, and broken into.
10:05 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller has been trying to get in contact with her mother for the past week. Caller has called multiple times with no answer. Caller would like law enforcement to check and see that everything is alright.
10:22 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Caller advising that a known subject is in the parking lot screaming and yelling at the building. He is demanding his child and stated yelling at employees when they went out to see what he wanted. Requesting law enforcement assistance.
10:43 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller has questions about shooting on his property and wants to speak to a deputy about shooting laws.
5:47 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Fiddletown. Neighbors have been shooting for approximately an hour 20 shots. Caller concerned as it is dark.
6:45 p.m. Lost Property in Martell. Caller states he lost his black wallet in the last 45 minutes with approximately $460 in cash and identification inside. Subject sounds as if he has been drinking or is on drugs, refused online reporting.
7:37 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Neighbor was in a physical altercation with her boyfriend.
