On Tuesday, July 28, Calaveras Consolidated Fire responded to an emergency call that left a smile on firefighters’ faces after they helped with the unexpected delivery of a healthy baby boy at home in the Valley Springs community. Congratulations to the family and to the firefighters for a job well done!

Tuesday, July 21

6:13 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states her son has not returned home since Sunday, July 19, possibly staying at a friend’s house, but he is bi-polar and has a history of drug use, unknown if he has weapons.

8:49 a.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller states her ex-husband is texting threats to her daughter.

9:10 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller is upset about his daughter taking away his driver’s license and treating him like a child. Caller has dementia.

11:48 a.m. Welfare Check in Volcano. Caller states her husband who is in custody at the ACSO usually takes care of elderly person on oxygen and would like law enforcement to check on her.

1:49 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller asking for a welfare check on a subject that is claiming he is dying of malnutrition.

5:12 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states his daughter is staying at a friend’s house, but he received texts that a male friend at that location is being physical towards her.

6:31 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states neighbor came over and yelled, believes the neighbor is selling drugs out of his residence and is scared of the man. He possibly has been drinking or on drugs, unknown if he has weapons.

6:32 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Verbal, a man is threatening to enter the callers room without permission.

6:42 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. On the property where the body was found on the homicide case that occurred in January, caller saw two blue vehicles on the property.

Wednesday, July 22

12:26 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. A physical altercation with neighbor. Caller states the neighbor has been drinking, no drugs or weapons known, but has a history of schizophrenia. Subject hit the callers husband.

6:44 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller states a small gray SUV occupied by a man with a shaved head and a black sedan occupied by another long haired man are possibly doing drugs. Vehicles are unknown for the area.

8:05 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states her roommate is taking pictures of her and believes it is a violation of the restraining order against him.

9:27 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Willow Creek. Caller’s wife took a child and the car on July 15 to Reno then Sacramento. No restraining order on file, no custody orders. Caller believes his wife’s attorney emailed divorce papers, but he hasn’t seen them. Would like advice from law enforcement on how to proceed.

2:46 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller wants advice about firearms he has that belong to his grandpa. Grandpa would like them back but caller is concerned as his grandpa has Alzheimer’s.

3:28 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in River Pines. Caller states a group of 6 men and women parked by the Mexican Restaurant and walked down to the swimming hole. Caller states the subjects are trespassing on private property and cussed at the caller. Subjects have been drinking, unknown if they have weapons.

3:33 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states his daughter is yelling at him. It has been an ongoing issue, and she may be under the influence. She left in her car.

4:55 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller was at the neighbor’s house when another neighbor drove by and told caller that if his cat came on his property again he was going to shoot it. Unknown if the subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or has weapons.

5:16 p.m. Disturbing the Peace at Walmart in Martell. Walking from the animal section to the front of the store a woman with tattoos, in a swimsuit top is yelling that she is going to “beat them up” because they continued to pick up items in the store. Unknown if the subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or has weapons.

6:56 p.m. Found Property Report in Sutter Creek. Caller states they found a wallet in the middle of the roadway, would like it returned to the rightful owner.

8:04 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. A female is staggering down the highway and going into traffic.

8:45 p.m. Unlawful Entry into a dwelling in Pioneer. Juveniles that live in the neighborhood are riding ATV’s in the neighborhood and on the callers property. Caller has video footage from the past two nights.

10:59 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller is a friend of a man who has not returned home and is not answering his phone after work. The subject missing does not speak English.

11:36 p.m. Lost Property at Jackson Rancheria in Jackson. Caller placed his wallet in his back pocket and a little while later on realized it was gone. Video footage confirms placement of the wallet, but not where the wallet went. Subject would like to file a report.

Friday, July 24

1:54 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states that someone knocked on her window several times. Did not see or hear anything else.

6:09 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Callers girlfriend hit the caller and his car. The caller then drove to Ione. The girlfriend is still at the house.

9:50 a.m. Alarm at Amador County Health and Human Services in Sutter Creek. Silent alarm, a man is yelling and punched a hole in the wall. The subject has possibly been drinking or is on drugs, unknown if he has weapons.

12:12 p.m. Disturbing the Peace at Jackson Rancheria Parking Garage in Jackson. A man and woman are fighting in the parking garage, the woman is honking the horn in her car now.

2:02 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Two vehicles have been parked on the turnout for several days. Homeless are living there and caller is concerned of the homeless camp that has been set up.

3:21 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller believes roommate is hiding her dishes and has tampered with her vehicle.

5:08 p.m. Animal Call in Martell. Dog in distress in a vehicle with windows rolled up.

6:26 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Willow Creek. Caller states the neighbor runs a large pack generator at all hours and caller would like information on the business hours that neighbors can run the generator. Caller was advised there is no noise ordinance and that it is a civil issue, but still would like to speak with a deputy.

8:56 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Three juvenile boys are “scoping out the area” according to the caller. They walked back toward the bar.

Saturday, July 25

12:52 a.m. Disturbing the Peace at Pioneer Post Office in Pioneer. Heard a man yelling at another subject, unknown what about.

8:50 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Callers girlfriend pulled a gun and threatened the caller. Woman left is her car headed towards Stockton. Gun is described as a Glock.

12:50 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller and boyfriend were in a verbal argument then the subject slashed her tires. Subject is on foot walking towards Jackson on Highway 49. Subject has a knife.

1:08 p.m. Suspicious

Circumstances in Willow Creek. Caller was asked by the property owner to watch the property while she was out of town. The security gate is open and it should not be.

2:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. 911 call and then hung up. No answer on call back.

2:40 p.m. Disturbing the Peace on Highway 88 in Pioneer. Boyfriend hit the caller and is drinking. Took the callers vehicle and has now returned and walked away.

2:43 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller attempted to buy a firearm and was advised he is prohibited from purchasing weapons. Caller is unsure why he is prohibited and would like to speak with law enforcement.

6:09 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller can hear a loud verbal argument and a loud vehicle engine. Sounds like neighbors yelling at each other, possibly four subjects involved.

Sunday, July 26

12:11 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Neighbors are throwing a large party. Very loud.

2:31 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Subject, possibly working in his shop, is listening to loud music while working.

3:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states his neighbor is playing his mobile radio outside loudly.

3:27 p.m. Animal Call in Pioneer. Caller states her nephew was bit by a dog at a kids birthday party and was told by the owner that the dog does this all the time. Caller states the child does not need medical attention but wants to speak to law enforcement about her options.

3:54 p.m. Found Property Report in Martell. Caller found drug paraphernalia and would like to turn it over to law enforcement. The items were found in the men’s restroom.

5:55 p.m. Grand Theft at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson. Callers husband’s phone was stolen while he was playing slots. Security has footage of the theft taking place. Subject is no longer on scene, but would like to file a report for the theft — an iPhone 11 approximately $1,100 in value in a Black Otter case.

6:22 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. A man is acting strange in the parking lot, possibly has been drinking or is on drugs. Caller told the subject to leave the parking lot, but the subject refuses to leave.

7:17 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states window on the Van exploded like it was shot with something, however did not hear the shot. Caller can see a point of entry that is a smaller hole, no other damage seen. Caller was outside with son when it occurred.

9:01 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states a male subject he knows is driving a Harley and stalking the caller. Caller states the subject went inside his house and is taking items from inside. He just left the house. Unknown if the subject has been drinking or is on drugs, but the caller states the man is known to carry knives.

9:28 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states her garage door is open and cannot get it closed. She heard suspicious noises two days ago and now her garage won’t close. Requesting law enforcement check her property and close her garage door.

10:40 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. A dark colored van with no windows is parked for the last hour near the Pine Grove Youth Conservation Camp entrance. Caller states when they drove by an hour ago the vehicle had no lights, but could see flashlights inside the vehicle.

Monday, July 27

1:37 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Callers boyfriend pushed her to the ground 20 minutes ago. He has been drinking, is not on other drugs, and has no weapons.

3:43 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Noise complaint as music is coming from the area of the community pool.

5:18 a.m. Suspicious Person in Willow Creek. Caller heard a noise outside, turned on the front porch light and saw a man leave on foot down the driveway. Possibly left in an unknown vehicle, caller saw taillights headed for Highway 16.

10:40 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth. Several gasoline cans and hoses are by the maintenance building that don’t belong there. Someone may have been attempting to syphon gas.

11:48 a.m. Public Intoxication in Jackson. Caller sees a subject that is extremely intoxicated. The subject can’t stand on his own. Caller is requesting law enforcement assistance.

12:22 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. A man is talking to himself. Caller attempted to contact him and asked him to move along. The subject stood up and tried to hit the caller. Subject is now in front of Big 5 Sporting Goods, yelling and talking to himself. Caller believes the subject will be combative towards law enforcement when they contact him.

3:16 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Callers son has a history of using drugs. A week ago the son was in the hospital, caller drove him home after he was released. Caller has been unable to contact him today and is concerned as his son is depressed.

6:23 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Same two vehicles are on the property and setting up a homeless camp.

7:43 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. The house that should be vacant has a fifth wheel and what looks like an unmarked CHP vehicle parked in the driveway with garbage bags on the porch. There should not be anyone there.

8:25 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. A man grabbed and possibly hit a woman on the shoulder of the road on Highway 49 and Sutter Ione Road.

11:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states a friend of hers is trying to steal her room key from the caller. Caller states her friend lost her key and is being verbally aggressive towards the caller. Caller wants her removed from the premises.

11:47 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states a man she knows is at the end of the driveway yelling. Unknown what the subject is yelling about. He possibly has been drinking or is on drugs, unknown if he has weapons.
