The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.

Tuesday, March 17 

12:17 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, at Walmart on Wicklow Way, Martell; Caller states there are three vans in curious spots with people wandering around the parking lot acting strange. Per caller, they resemble people who have been kicked out in the past for stealing. 

1:44 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, at Interfaith Food Bank on Airport Road, Martell; A male subject in a tan jacket is yelling at people leaving the store.

3 p.m. Welfare Check, at Amador Station on Inspiration Drive, Pioneer; Caller states that an Asian male in a green helmet with a walking stick, carrying two gas cans, seems to not know where he is.

10:10 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Park Circle, Jackson Valley; Caller is upset due to her roommate not taking care of his hygiene during the Coronavirus and said she was staying in her vehicle at Walmart until another room opens up somewhere else. 

Wednesday, March 18 

3:06 p.m. Welfare Check, on North Cedar Lane, Pine grove; Caller can hear her neighbor’s generator running and says it has been running for four days in a row, stating that they have had power in the area since yesterday. Caller is worried that something may have happened to the neighbor. 

10:12 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Jackson Valley Road, Jackson Valley; Caller states her roommate is trying to hurt her, but won’t give details. Caller is extremely upset and yelling and states that her roommate took her doors off and won’t let her use items in the residence. 

Thursday, March 19 

12:18 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle, at Burger King on Highway 88, Martell; A Hispanic female with white ear muffs on is circling the parking lot taking pictures of license plates. When the caller asked what she was doing, she sped off almost hitting two people in the parking lot. 

10 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, at Plymouth Mobile Manor on Landrum Street, Plymouth; Caller advised that her brother was in the residence breaking things. Resulted in a felony arrest.

Friday, March 20 

1:24 p.m. Vandalism, at Pine Grove Market on Highway 88, Pine Grove; Caller advised that her car was keyed while she was in the store.

3:38 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, at Buckhorn Mobile Home Park on Highway 88, Pioneer; A woman is attempting to open the doors and look through windows, per caller, this has been an ongoing issue with the subject, who is currently “on the porch just staring at the wall.”  

6:16 p.m. Theft of Property, at Pokerville Market on Highway 49, Plymouth; Caller advises that a white male in his late 50’s wearing a veteran baseball cap took two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey and then got into the passenger side of a vehicle and took off.

10:23 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle, on Village Drive, Jackson Valley; Caller states there is a white male in his late 30’s either under the influence or has a mental health issue sitting in his vehicle blocking both lanes of the intersection of Village Drive and Teepee Court. The caller’s son assisted him to get his truck off of the road and the man followed the caller back to the residence and made some weird comments to the caller.

10:42 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle, on China Street, Drytown; Caller advised that a white male and white female in their late 20’s knocked on their door asking for help due to them running out of gas.

Saturday, March 21 

8:59 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, at McDonald’s on Trade Center Drive, Martell; A 50-year-old male put gloves on and then hopped the fence from McDonald’s to the U-Haul area.

12:07 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Buena Vista Road, at Highway 88 and Highway 124, Jackson Valley; Caller states that a mile south of the highway on Buena Vista Road, she saw a male laying in a field about 100 feet off of the road.

2:24 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Clinton Bar Road, Pine Grove; Caller is watching their neighbor’s house while they are on vacation and states that he saw a person walk across the yard earlier and now can hear music coming from inside the house. 

4:14 p.m. Suspicious Person, on Highway 49 at Shenandoah Road, Plymouth; A male subject is walking into traffic and attempting to get rides from people, stumbling all over the street and falling over.

6:01 p.m. Suspicious Person, at Pioneer Inn & Suites on Highway 88, Pioneer; A young male in a camo jacket was wandering around the property, went behind the bar and has not come back.

Sunday, March 22 

Welfare Check, on Charmstone Way, Jackson Valley; Caller states she just got a call from her ex-husband who stated he could hear people walking around up in the attic. Caller states he is possibly under the influence of drugs and believes he is hallucinating. 

1:24 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, at Safeway on Industry Boulevard, Martell; Caller states that a subject tried passing counterfeit $100 bills, and when questioned by staff, the subject ran out of the store.

10:52 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle, at former K-Mart on Wicklow Way, Martell; Per caller, there are two transients who appear to be gold panning bags of sand and have shopping carts full of items.

1:23 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, on Jackson Valley; The caller’s ex-boyfriend came to the residence and started throwing items in the caller’s garage and breaking things.

3:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, on Barton Road, Pioneer; The caller’s husband is being verbal with the family and throwing items around the house and breaking things.

Monday, March 23 

9:55 a.m. Suspicious Person, on Meadow Vista Drive, Pioneer; Caller states that a male transient was sleeping in his vehicle in front of their office last night and this morning was looking into patient’s vehicles.

3:03 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Dunshee Road, Pine Grove; Caller states that a male subject has been trespassing on her property, destroyed her property by digging a tunnel and reports that this is an ongoing issue.

Tuesday, March 24 

9:10 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, on Park Circle, Jackson Valley; Caller states that her roommate grabbed her by her head and then left.

1:54 p.m. Welfare Check, at Walmart on Wicklow Way, Martell; Caller states that there is a small juvenile and a dog left in a red Honda for at least 45 minutes. 

2:20 p.m. Welfare Check, on Sherwood Drive, Pioneer; A woman with bright pink hair and a pink suitcase was walking on the road and when the caller drove by and asked the woman if she needed help, she said she has been stranded and needed help.

10:57 p.m. Code 3 Ambulance, on Lake Drive, Pioneer; Resulted in a felony arrest.
