Monday, May 11

1:48 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Jackson Valley. Caller states per his security camera there is a male in the garage wearing a sweatshirt and jeans. Unknown if he has weapons. Has been there for seven minutes.

2:09 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller heard a woman screaming and a child crying at the neighbor’s house. Caller smells drugs and the lights are on in the house. Neighbors have a history of drug use and have been drinking.

3:49 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states a shadow person is stabbing her in the head with needles. No medical requested.

11:09 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states his mother has told him that she believes that her husband is trying to kill her. Caller’s parents kicked the uncle out of the house, and his uncle is sitting on the porch with only a small bag of belongings. Caller doesn’t know why these things are happening all of the sudden, but is worried and doesn’t want to go up there and make it worse.

11:24 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states husband hit her daughter in the face. Then she hung up.

12:33 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller states his landlord is wanting him to leave the property today, but he has not been served any paperwork. Would like contact from a deputy.

3:41 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Plymouth. White Male in an orange shirt and white sedan is driving fast through the neighborhood going up to people’s houses and asking if they want to hire him to redo their driveway. Caller says he was very rude and would not slow down when people said no.

3:46 p.m. Animal Call in Sutter Creek. Caller has a dying skunk under the back porch or her house that needs to be dispatched.

4:03 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A woman in front of Safeway has been yelling at her three children for the past half hour.

5:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace at Walmart in Martell. 30-40 year0old subject refuses to leave the premises and is being verbal.

7:23 p.m. Extra Patrol in Jackson Valley. Caller would like a deputy to drive around the area of Buena Vista and Jackson Valley Road during the night due to increased activity from the casino. Caller expressed concerns about not seeing deputies very often.

Tuesday, May 12

9:27 a.m. Illegal Dumping in Plymouth. Caller at playground at the school says a vineyard has been dumping used diapers, cans and various trash in the school recycle and trash bins.

10:14 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller states a camper trailer and four door sedan parked in the parking lot for the last three days playing loud music and taking up multiple parking spots.

5:44 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states he came home today and noticed his bedroom window screen is torn. Believes someone attempted to access his residence via the screen.

11:27 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. An ongoing issue, but the caller states his neighbor banged on the door and left.

Wednesday May 13

6:56 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle on Beaver Loop Road in Ione. A white Honda Civic is parked in an unusual spot, pile of blankets in back - looks like someone is sleeping inside.

10:07 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances at O’Reilly Auto Parts at Jackson Gare Road. Online code shows identity theft tracking code.

12:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller saw a red Pathfinder parked outside a house he knows is vacation home and the storage shed door was open on the property. A man, gray hair in his sixties, was walking out of shed with a backpack. When questioned he stated he was a family member of the homeowner. Caller states he seemed suspicious and would like the property checked for a possible break-in. Caller has photos of the vehicle and subject if needed.

1:15 p.m. Missing Person Report in Pioneer at Highway 88 and Carson Drive. Caller has not heard from her son in two months. Caller’s children have been living out of his vehicle for two months. Son doesn’t have a phone, but the daughter does. Went to the post office to see if mail was being picked up, but the Post Office couldn’t release that information. Would like to file a missing person’s report.

2:21 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller spoke to his nephew two months ago, but he has not been answering his phone. The nephew is blind ad has a right leg amputated, he was recently hospitalized but told the nurse he didn’t want anyone to know where he was which is an unusual behavior for him. Caller would like to be contacted.

3:01 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. A male is driving a dark gray Nissan with no front plates taking photos of caller’s residence. Caller told him she was uncomfortable with that and he drove off.

5:44 p.m. Be on the Lookout at Harrah’s Northern California Casino and Coal Mine Road in Jackson Valley. Employee left in a gray Corolla when she was advised not to drive. Possibly en route to home in Ione.

5:55 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle at Walmart in Martell. Two Dodge Chargers were following the caller and her family while inside Walmart. They watched her until she got in her car. Two males and a female in identical Dodge Chargers.

8:32 p.m. Citizen Assistance in Amador County. Caller has questions about ammunition and firearms. Traveling from Nevada to California.

Thursday, May 14

12:21 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller’s wife is trying to leave with 4 year-old child. Ex-husband drives a Dodge Charger.

3:25 a.m. Assault in Pioneer. Caller was assaulted by friend’s son, has lacerations to head and possibly a broken hand.

7:37 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances on Ridge Road in Sutter Creek. Caller is watching two women dressed in black on security cameras walking around her residence. Caller is not on scene.

8:22 a.m. Found Property Report at STP in Buckhorn on Highway 88. Brown leather wallet turned in to the clerk.

8:41 a.m. Welfare Check on Clinton Road and Butte Mountain Road in Jackson. Male lying on his back on the side of the road in gray and black clothing.

9:02 a.m. Citizen Assistance on Tiger Creek Road. Citizen flagged down a subject that was tailgating.

9:47 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states to men she knows that had been drinking came over to her house and started screaming at her, threatening that if she called they would come back to her residence.

10:17 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller concerned about grandparents. Neighbor states they have not been seen in over two months.

10:22 a.m. Suspicious Person on Main Street in Jackson. Caller states a male in a trench coat and yellow baseball cap was following her closely and had his phone out, seemed to be taking a video of her.

10:57 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. Caller was told by her realtor yesterday that her cabin appears to have been broken into, the back door was open and many items inside were out of place and rifled through. Caller was there today and didn’t notice anything missing. just misplaced. Caller will meet law enforcement at the property.

1:28 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller requesting law enforcement to advise occupants of a brown Durango and white Truck that they can’t park in the parking lot from through the night. It’s been an ongoing issue and caller believes the occupants are sleeping there.

2:12 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller concerned about her elderly friends. Caller is waiting outside their residence and asking for assistance to see if they are OK.

3:01 p.m. Disturbing the Peace at ARCO AM PM on Highway 49 in Martell. A man is screaming at a woman from a black sedan with a broken out back window.

3:32 p.m. Be on the Lookout at Plymouth Trading Post in Plymouth. A Gray and brown Silverado is now parked. It was swerving all over the roadway and following the caller closely.

4:40 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. An older blue Pontiac just headed towards Irishtown. The male driving, got out of his car and was walking around caller’s property for approximately 5 minutes.

6:31 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Parents are yelling at a 10 year-old child.

7:05 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at in Martell between Jamba Juice and Safeway. Caller watched a female and male in a gray Chevy SUV pull up to a white sedan. The male reached through the window of the sedan and went through the glove box/ Caller could not see if anything was taken.

7:28 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Drytown. Caller has questions about a neighbor that killed a rooster that flew into the neighbor’s back yard. Per the caller, no one owns the rooster, but caller had a home for the rooster to go to.

7:40 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. A female called 911 advising she had been physically abused and the line disconnected. Unable to call back.

9:05 p.m. Barking Dog in Pioneer. Caller states a dog has been barking since 6:30 p.m. Caller doesn’t believe anyone is home, but would like law enforcement to respond.

9:37 p.m. Welfare Check on Highway 88 at Omo Ranch. CHP says a caller saw a woman with dried blood on her ear stating that she was hiding from her boyfriend. When caller stated he was calling law enforcement she ran away.

Friday, May 15

10:23 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states a baseline block from her property has been removed and moved to her neighbor’s property.

10:23 a.m. Be on the Lookout at Red Corral on Highway 88 and Highway 26 in Pioneer. Caller states the driver of a green Subaru has been drinking. His regular vehicle has a breathalyzer attached to it.

12:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states a man climbed over her fence yelling, “Somebody assaulted me, I called the police.”

3:36 p.m. Motor Vehicle Accident - Property Damage Only in Jackson Valley. Nissan rollover with two occupants. No medical attention needed.

4:46 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. Caller states he has heard 20 rounds of shot in the last hour. Caller states it sounds like it is coming from Pioneer Park.

5:08 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller is going to a divorce with her husband and is having issues with getting her belongings. Caller no longer lives with her husband, but he has changed the locks. He is going to be placing her belongings outside and has been taking her mail. Caller wants to speak to a deputy.

6:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller crying advising he broke his hand. The caller’s aunt came into the residence and got into a confrontation. She’s now leaving on Tabeau Road toward Highway 88.

6:51 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller and her husband were in a verbal argument and he left the residence extremely upset.

8:49 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states his neighbor is standing at the end of his driveway yelling profanities while very intoxicated.

10:26 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller contacted 911, sounded very confused, slurring words on the phone. Unable to articulate what the emergency was.

Saturday, May 16

6:52 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Fiddletown Road and Shakeridge Road. Caller saw a man in a silver Subaru Outback possibly trying to pry mailboxes open with something small, but bigger than a key.

9:40 a.m. Be on the Lookout on New York Ranch Road in Jackson. Caller states he was hit by an SUV and it sped off. No medical attention required.

9:58 a.m. Be on the Lookout in Pine Grove. A white van passed the caller over the double yellow lines.

10:37 a.m. Unlawful Entry to Dwelling in Martell. New homeless camp set up on Kennedy Mine. All were removed last week and it wasn’t there on Thursday, but a new tent is up — not sure if it is currently occupied or not.

11:25 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states he has a recording of a male neighbor yelling at his mother and saying, “I’m going to f’ing kill you one of these days.” Caller concerned for the safety of the woman, will provide the recording and show law enforcement where the residence is.

12:57 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pioneer. Top of the hill at the end of the Court, tucked in the bushes there is a camouflage tarp covering a burgundy colored vehicle that appears to be a Ford Explorer.

3:40 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states he came to check on his disabled son and found him on the floor breathing but unresponsive.

4:08 p.m. Civil Standby, Keep the Peace in Jackson. Caller would like to drop something off for her grandfather and does not want problems with her sister who lives at the residence.

8:12 p.m. Missing Person Report Salt Springs and Highway 88. Caller states his younger brother came to ride his dirt bike in the area at noon and he has been unreachable since.

8:40 p.m. Suspicious Person at Argonaut Lane at Hospice Thrift Store. Caller heard voices behind the old Ledger Dispatch building.

9:09 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller has received two phone calls from his cousins daughter and both messages sound urgent. Tried numerous times to call her back but gets a busy signal.

9:52 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at ARCO AM PM on Highway 49 in Martell. Caller states subject came into the store to buy alcohol but did not have ID. Caller believes the subject is trying to buy alcohol for juveniles.

Sunday, May 17

12:23 a.m. Welfare Check on Highway 49 at Detert Park. Male subject is walking in the middle of the roadway.

12:40 a.m. Animal Call in Plymouth. Caller found an injured owl in the middle of the road. Caller moved the owl to the side of the road and thinks it may have a broken wing.

8:04 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Willow Creek. Caller states last night a group of mailboxes were broken in to. Unknown if anything was taken.

11:48 a.m. Trespassing with Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Multiple sedans are parked in the callers driveway and a truck is parked in front of the caller’s house. Unknown if there are subjects in the house.

12:27 p.m. Burglary in Pine Grove. Sometime between Wednesday and today someone broke into the house while it is being remodeled and stole multiple tools and other objects from the house.

1:58 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. The driver of a gray Honda sedan pulled over on the side of the road and then another subject came out of the bushes stumbling and “aggressively” opened the passenger door. Caller believes there was some sort of confrontation.

2:25 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. 911 call and hang up. Heard children screaming on callback. Caller states the children were in the other room and got into a fight and there was no need for law enforcement. One child could be heard in the background crying due to being afraid of being arrested.

2:42 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller would like a check on his multiple children after editing a call from them and hearing yelling in the background and loud banging. Caller advised there is a domestic violence and restraining order on file and contact with the children is allowed for brief conversations on the phone.

3:35 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states they were sent threatening test messages stating. “Next time I see you we’re going to have problems.”

4:14 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. @ men in a black Volkswagen hatchback are going donuts in the parking lot. Caller is fishing on Blue Heron Point and would like law enforcement to ask them to leave.

7:15 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller’s boyfriend has been very irate all day and is now writing his will in texts to the caller, also texting, “send the cops r the neighbors will,” and “the demons have control of me now.” Unknown if he has been drinking, no firearms in the residence, only knives.

11:38 p.m. Citizen Assistance in Pine Grove Caller states an acquaintance is posting negative things about her all over Facebook.
