The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.
Tuesday, June 1
Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Juvenile is being hurt and refusing to answer questions. Per the caller, the juvenile got on the phone and advised that a female came up to him and asked to use his phone. The female appeared to be under the influence of something, female was talking very fast and didn’t appear to be in her right mind. Caller never saw the juvenile with the female.
9:07 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller lives at above location where a woman passed away last night. Daughter is now telling the caller she must move out immediately, and said she would turn off all the utilities. Caller would like to speak with a deputy.
9:35 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Per caller, tenants at above location were evicted over the weekend and caller was given keys to the residence. Subject has now returned and is inside the residence but refusing to answer the door. Caller is requesting law enforcement assistance.
10:06 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller is having issues with landlord bringing people into the residence to show the house and has questions regarding it. Caller states she fears for her safety because she was diagnosed with COVID and doesn’t not feel safe with all these people coming into her house.
11:08 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Callers bird flew to adjacent property and caller would like to know how to obtain bird from the property. Per the caller, the property has no trespassing signs everywhere and she is unable to get to the door to ask the owner. Caller requesting advice from law enforcement.
11:23 a.m. Theft of Property in Drytown. Callers wheelbarrow was stolen from her front yard by a subject in a white sedan, male 35-40 in an orange shirt, tan shorts. Subject left towards Drytown on New Chicago.
11:31 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller can see 3 subjects walking into his backyard on his cameras at above location. A vehicle is parked in the driveway, but can’t make out make or model. Per caller, no one is supposed to be on the property. Above address is a vacation home.
11:47 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller of above location owns a vacation home. Between April 4 and June 1, unknown subjects attempted to break into residence. Per caller, they broke a window and attempted to pry open the front door, nothing was taken.
12:40 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. 911 open line, verbal arguing and swearing heard in the background. Line disconnected and no answer on call back.
1:13 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Subject called the caller stating he had not eaten for 14 days and the feds were after him. Subject then said if someone didn’t show up :there was going to be a dead body on their hands, and also made statements that his brother-in-law murdered his mom.
1:15 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller went to daughters ex-boyfriends house and caller was pushed by the ex-boyfriends father. Caller denied medical but would like to file a report to obtain a restraining order.
2:39 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove/ Callers neighbor was walking around her property during the middle of the night at around 10 p.m. Caller reported the information that night but would like to add information to the incident.
3:19 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Black Honda in parking lot on the north side of the store approximately halfway down. Baby in the backseat of the vehicle, approximately 1 year-old, left alone and screaming. Car is running with no one around.
3:56 p.m. Animal Call in Martell. Dog in distress in a red Mini Cooper parked on the side of the store. Caller mentioned ACSO deputies are 3-4 vehicles away.
4:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller got into a verbal argument with a male, shirt with sign :If you heard a shot, it is not for you.” Subject in a black Dodge Charger with dog stickers on back window. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or has weapons. Caller left the scene.
5:15 p.m. Welfare Check in Ione. Caller states a male subject is sitting on the side in the middle of the bridge. Unknown if he is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if her has weapons.
5:42 p.m. Animal Call in Martell. Side parking lot, medium size, tan dog, in distress.
5:51 p.m. Illegal Dumping in Pioneer. Caller states someone dumped a barbecue, couches and a bunch of other items on the side of the road. Caller states a pile is hidden under the brown house on the right side.
6:41 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states a tenant is dealing drugs and is under the influence. Unknown people have been coming and going in and out of his room. Unknown if subject has weapons, is currently on drugs, or has weapons.
6:56 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Callers ex has been stalking and verbally harassing the caller. Caller wants contact on how to retain a restraining order.
7:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller got complaints from guests that a female and male are in the bathroom by the pool and one of them is hitting a juvenile. Caller can hear screaming and yelling. Unknown if subjects have been drinking, are on drugs, or have weapons.
Wednesday, June 2
1:17 a.m. Be on the Lookout in Amador County. Tan/gold Chevy Silverado occupied by known subject with a female and juvenile. Has prior with Tuolumne County, known to carry weapons and narcotics. Restraining order on file between the subject and the female on file.
2:32 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Female driver in gray Honda and male outside vehicle yelling. Unknown if they have been drinking, are on drugs, or have weapons.
7:09 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. White Jeep SUV with subject sleeping in the passenger seat and small 2 door Honda with subject sleeping in the driver seat. Per caller, the subjects are parked on private property and wants them to leave. Caller will be standing at the front gate for contact.
8:24 Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller is the landlord and has questions about her tenant ending lease early and possibly returning to the property.
8:24 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller is security, says a subject was assaulted approximately 30 minutes ago in Pioneer. Subject refuses to provide suspect information or the exact location of where it occurred. Per caller, the subject has abdominal and rib pain as well as abrasions from the assault.
10:30 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller states a male with dark hair is on a bike riding down her driveway.
10:31 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller states her landlord is taking money from her bank account without permission.
10:50 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller states her neighbor is living on his property and has no water and no power and wants to know the legality of that.
11:36 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Caller states that a tree company is cutting down trees early in the morning. Caller confronted them and they said the can “Do what they want.”
11:57 a.m. Threat Crime with Intent to Terrorize in Volcano. Caller states a male subject came onto the property she is working on and threatened to shoot her tires tomorrow. No further description of the subject who is no longer there. Caller disconnected before further information could be gathered.
2:19 p.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller states that they left their truck in the driveway and someone came and cut the fuel line and took gas.
3:56 p.m. Theft of Property in Jackson Valley. Caller states a subject stole gas out of the gray Ford Ranger in the parking lot. Declining online reporting.
6:56 p.m. Animal Call in Pine Grove. Caller stating that there is a bear attempting to get in through her back door.
8:51 p.m. Trespassing in Martell. Caller is manager says female subject with a full basket is trespassing. Subject possibly has been drinking or is on drugs, no weapons. Per caller she left the store but is afraid she will return.
9:08 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Caller stating that her husband is being verbally aggressive and has been drinking, not allowing her to leave.
9:47 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states his ex-girlfriend took his house keys and is refusing to return them. Subject is hiding on the property. No drugs, alcohol or weapons involved.
11:34 Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states a silver Range Rover is parked in the lot and has 4 pounds of meth inside. Vehicle is occupied by 2 subjects. Caller disconnected before obtaining any more information.
11:43 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Just occurred, caller sates someone is banging on her door again. Per the caller it is an ongoing issue.
11:53 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Requesting a deputy, fight between a bartender and a customer.
Thursday, June 3
10:26 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller states property line issues with neighbor, has surveyor on site now. Discovered neighbor built a deck on his property, states he was advised by law enforcement previously to contact law enforcement prior to contacting neighbor.
10:35 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pioneer. Teacher states a male subject in a white 4 door sedan drove up the road, got out by the playground with what caller thinks is a shotgun and got back in the car and drove up the dirt road when he saw the caller.
11:20 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Sutter Creek. Caller has questions about people driving quads down a back road on his property and how to stop them. It is an ongoing issue.
12:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states there is a male subject coming into the store yelling at people and blocking parking spots screaming they are running him over. Subject currently on a bench outside the store. Unknown if the subject is on drugs, has been drinking or has weapons.
1:15 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller states cream colored Mercury 4 door, red vinyl top broke down overnight with flat tire. Caller states a male with dreadlocks is now changing the tire. Caller is concerned because subject is unknown to the area and caller is upset about the “gestures and general attitude” of the subject. Caller is unable to articulate what about the gestures he found suspicious.
1:24 Animal Call in Martell. 2 dogs in black SUV with no plates, windows down for 30 minutes, dogs don’t look distressed but been a long time alone.
1:51 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller rambling about his murder case and identification theft and wants his weapons back from the Russian mafia.
3:04 p.m. Theft of Property in Jackson Valley. Cold - 1 week ago $559 baby stroller stolen from in front of the residence. Declined online reporting.
3:07 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller states there is a female passenger passed out in driver’s seat of gray Toyota Corolla.
3:08 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states his friend left the callers home and caller cannot find him. Caller states that the subject has mental problems.
3:34 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states a male in red shirt with a microphone and guitar outside the business playing guitar and grabbing customers as they come in and out.
4:21 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Subject in Amador calling the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office advising he was on the ground having a heart attack, also went on about murder and having a double homicide case.
4:53 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Subjects flagged down the caller and stated they just moved to the area but the home is uninhabitable. Possible transients — unknown if they have been drinking ,are on drugs or have weapons.
5:36 Animal Call in Martell. Silver Honda CRV, medium sized dog left in vehicle appears to be in distress.
5:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Physical fight, subject grabbed caller by the throat, so caller punched subject who is now bleeding from the side of the head. Alcohol involved, no drugs or weapons.
7 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. In front of store, ongoing issue. Male subject has been in and out of store for the last hour, stating he is waiting for a ride. Caller states subject did the same thing last might for over four hours.
8:19 p.m. Attempt to Contact in Pine Grove. Parents are camping with no cell service and caller is unable to contact them. Requesting a deputy notify them that they were served a lawsuit paperwork and the Child Protective Services was at their house to check on their grandson that is with them at the campsite.
8:30 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Female subject not wearing shoes is wondering around the neighborhood stating she is looking for her dog that she lost in Tracy. Subject possibly has mental issues.
9:58 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male subject with a fake leg came in to refund an item he did not purchase, when refused subject started yelling and cursing at employees and customers. Subject left the store.
10:04 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller stating he needs his firearms back tonight or the Russian mafia will “gun him down in his residence tonight” stating that he is starving to death with no transportation.
10:25 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Female subject in white Jeep unresponsive, appears to be breathing. Doors of vehicle are locked and there is a young child in the vehicle as well. Beer cans in vehicle as well.
10:28 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states someone is banging on her door again. Per the caller it is an ongoing issue, believes it is possibly her previous renters.
11:34 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states someone now is banging on the window on the side of the residence.
Friday, June 4
12:15 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson. Caller in a gray Toyota Camry waiting for a tow truck and would like an officer to sit with her while she waits due to not knowing what’s in the area and being scared.
12:31 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller stating she has been hearing things outside in her backyard advising that she also located a woman’s undergarments in her backyard earlier today.
2:49 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Multiple subjects on the side of the roadway yelling .Unknown if vehicles are associated currently, but caller believes there is one vehicle driving up and down the road.
7:13 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. Still happening, caller states that a female with long black hair, barefoot, with a wig in her hand is on the callers property and standing next to her dogs and “getting them wild.” Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.
8:28 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller states that 2 males in a white Yukon in driveway of her friends property no one lives at and says no one should be there.
8:56 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states female subject found callers keys at the river and is refusing to give them back.
9:24 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. At Pine Grove Elementary a female, long black hair, acting crazy in the parking lot, stated she was looking for her dog. Subject possibly under the influence, unknown if she has weapons.
9:34 a.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller states that her ex-boyfriend stole her credit card and spent $300 on Amazon.
11:02 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Caller states a female in white shirt, which a shopping cart is walking on the side of the road.
11:05 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller would like to talk to a deputy about her information and identity possibly being stolen. Caller declined online reporting.
11:35 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states known subject told her she was coming to her property to get her stuff. Caller states that subject was removed from callers property a few months ago and caller does not want her back on her property.
12:19 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states her ex-husband is calling the callers mother about her new car and caller is worried he is spying on/stalking the caller.
1:58 p.m. Animal Call in Martell. Caller states there is a dog in a brown Ford that appears to be in distress.
3:49 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller advising vehicle is disabled on trail, stuck in soft dirt. Attempted to drive around down trees Caller advising he is half a mile from trailhead. Caller has food and water,, long sleeve shirt, no medications. Attempted to get to Schriner Lake.
4:27 p.m. Animal Call in Plymouth. Gray Tahoe SUV, dog left in vehicle, appears to be in distress, panting heavily.
4:31 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Security advising they had to escort a male subject off of the property. Subject left on foot and hid in the bushes, subject is now leaving on foot eastbound of New York Ranch.
5:05 p.m. Unlawful Entry to a Dwelling in Pioneer. Caller calling back to say that subject from call this morning is at the residence now and caller wishes to press charges.
5:11 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller stating a male subject left 2 children in car seats for 30 minutes while inside the casino. Subject just left in a black Acura - security advising that he left his wife in the casino therefore they believe that he will be back.
6:10 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller stating that he paid a contractor a deposit and the work was never done - contractor is now refusing to return the deposit.
6:52 p.m. Assault with a Deadly Weapon in Pine Grove. Caller stating his ex was asked to leave and backed out her vehicle causing the caller to avoid getting hit in his driveway. She left in an orange Camaro. Caller declined medical.
7:58 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating that she can hear a male and female in a verbal argument and the female stating that “he will go to jail.” Caller advising that she has seen a shotgun in the residence.
7:59 Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Father and son in verbal argument over family affairs with the property and evictions. No medical needed currently. No alcohol involved, unknown if subjects are on drugs, no weapons. One subject is on the porch and the other is in the driveway.
9:12 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller stating that a white pickup has been following him since Placerville and pulled over when the caller pulled over at the Trading Post. Caller rambling and not making sense, possible mental disorder. Requesting a deputy speak with him.
11:26 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller wanting to speak to a deputy regrading motorcycles and vehicles playing loud music outside the bar at all hours of the day.
11:41 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller stating that there were 2 male subjects in a white Chevy sedan that have been drinking in the parking lot all day.
Saturday, June 5
1:54 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Someone knocked on callers door. Ongoing issue. No one seen.
2:08 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Loud music playing all night.
2:36 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Loud music.
7:10 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Occurred last night at 9 p.m., caller states when he stopped to get Gatorade, the car next to him was dealing drugs in the parking lot.
11:32 a.m. Any Civil Problem in River Pines. Caller has questions about her landlord shutting off her power.
12:56 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Approximately 12 p.m. doorbell rang, no persons seen or vehicle. Found a black plastic box (size of a big tool box) with Sherwin Williams paint sticker on it left in front of her door. Caller picked up the box, not heavy enough for paint to be inside, but something definitely inside. Caller checked with apartment manager who advised he did not drop off the box. Caller believes it is from restrained ex-husband who has drug issues.
1:27 p.m. Trespassing in Volcano. Ongoing issue. Caller states that neighbor in trespassing on his property and would like someone to come out and talk to the subject. Caller confronted the subject today and subject went home.
3:54 p.m. Illegal Dumping in Martell. Occurring now in back of store, male and female subject with dog on leash are dumping boxes and trash.
4:01 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller advising that there has been a gold Jeep parked next to the mailboxes for 2 hours with the windows up and the vehicle off, occupied by a female.
4:23 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Male subject was throwing items at cars, possibly went into the restaurant.
7:44 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Caller stating that she has been having ongoing issues with other residents at the motel advising that they are bullying her.
Sunday, June 6
1:32 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Multiple male subjects yelling and screaming at a female subject. Caller can’t hear details but believes there was mention of a firearm.
3:13 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson Valley. Male subject in black sedan pulled into their campsite and is very drunk and not leaving. Unknown if subject is camping as well. The subject was at the callers site earlier but left after no one was speaking to him.
4:02 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller wanting to speak to a deputy about someone knocking on her door every night.
6:20 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Willow Creek. Caller having ongoing issues with neighbor running their generator all hours of the night. Per the caller, neighbor is currently running the generator and caller is upset due to the noise.
8:33 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller received a call from a mental health patient who is delusional making statements that the police were after hm. Subject told the caller he was going to tie 3 dynamite sticks to himself and was going to kill himself as well as the next person that shows up at his residence. Subject said he was going to die by morning either way. Subject said he doesn’t trust Amador County because no one listens to him. Subject called to get the information on the record with another county.
8:45 a.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Transient female is in front of the business drinking alcohol. She has been asked to leave and is refusing.
11:18 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Subject in a silver Dodge Challenger is going door to door claiming to be a PG&E worker.
11:36 a.m. Car Jacking in Pioneer. Occurred 2 days ago, caller states he encountered a female subject near above location when a male subject who knew the female showed up. They physically assaulted the caller, the female grabbed the keys and took the callers 2011 White GMC Sierra. Caller states there is an unassembled AR15 in the truck. Caller did not report it at the time stating he was trying to get the truck back on his own and has been unable to find the female subject.
12:01 p.m. Grand Theft in Pioneer. Caller states there was $40,000 taken from her safe inside her residence. Caller states it looks like someone used the key to get into the safe, the safe was not tampered with. Unknown when this occurred, but noticed it this morning.
1:49 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller was physically assaulted by neighbor who resides at the same park as listed above. Subject has been drinking, caller states he has a busted lip but does not need medical attention.
5:52 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Security can see a bad man “shooting something up,” can see a needle in arm inside vehicle, a black Nissan SUV. Pit-bull inside vehicle.
6:11 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller confronted 2 male subjects who were reckless jet skiers and asked them to pack up and leave. Caller states they have one jet ski loaded and now are refusing to leave, being verbal and combative with the caller and stated, “we will leave when we want to leave.” Unknown if they have weapons, are on drugs or have been drinking.

8:04 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller states two subjects are swimming in the water, one is swimming and another one is struggling.
8:05 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Elderly female sitting in a motorized wheelchair. When callers son asked if she was okay, she stated she needed a screwdriver to fix her wheelchair.
8:07 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Overdue subject. Callers father was due home at 3 p.m., went fishing alone in the area (unknown location), has heart problems and needs his medication.
10:06 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states an unknown female subject is a silver Corolla came to residence 5 minutes ago and left, per caller subject had been advised in the past that the person she is looking for does not live there and the subject is not welcome at the residence.

5:25 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states known subject that she called about earlier will not leave the residence. No alcohol, drugs or weapons.
6:02 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Caller woke up and can see a flatbed truck parked on his property. Per the caller, there is no one around the truck and the engine is cold. Caller does not know who the vehicle belongs to.
9:48 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Female subject is walking around the area knocking on doors. Subject is under the influence of drugs, second caller called advising the same female knocked on his door. Subject walking towards Tiger Creek Road.
10:15 Found Property Report in Jackson. Manager cleaning out apartment found a hand gun and drug paraphernalia and wants to hand it over to ACSO. Caller still cleaning out the residence and may find more items.
11:27 a.m. Grand Theft in Pioneer. Caller had $2,000 taken from her file cabinet in her master bedroom sometime between April 6 and April 11. Per the caller ,she had numerous contractors coming in and out of the residence at the time of the occurrence. Caller wants to provide suspect information to the case.
1:31 Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller allowed known subject to stay on callers property a few months ago. Caller has since filed a restraining order which has been served. Caller asked subject to leave and had him sign a piece of paper saying he was moving out. Subject signed the paper but has not left. Caller wishes to speak to law enforcement to file a report.
2:51 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. Caller states son is charging the callers debit card to a hotel in Sacramento without authorization, approximately $1,600 over the last 2 months. Per the caller the bank advised her to file a report with ACSO.
3:06 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. 58 year-old male subject approached caller’s daughter (17 years-old) and asked if she was interested in modeling. Daughter said no and then he asked if she would go to lunch with him. Caller is concerned as her daughter is underage and would like to file a report.
3:48 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson. Contractor hired a few weeks ago and paid. Per caller, contractor unable to do the work and refusing to give the money back. Caller seeking advice on what to do next.

Per caller, tenant has been returning at 3 a.m. the last two nights to retrieve items and is taking items that do not belong to her. Per the caller, the tenant has handed the key over to the caller.
8:49 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Caller states a male subject wearing a red cape came into the residence looking for a subject. Subject asked to satay at the residence then left on foot possible towards the casino. Unknown if subject is on drugs, has been drinking or has weapons.
