Tuesday, November 10

12:25 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states they need reinforcements in the back yard.

12:44 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. White Suburban went behind Safeway, group of teens and took multiple cases of water and cases of wood from the front of the store.

3:58 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Neighbor is playing loud music.

5:16 a.m. Trespassing in Martell. A man is sleeping covered in a blue blanket, not sure if he is wearing anything. He’s sleeping outside the business, has been asked to leave and refuses.

9:26 a.m. Welfare Check at Tabeaud and Clinton Bar. A man is passed out in the driver’s seat of a black Lexus SUV.

10:10 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Caller has questions regarding a case, and wishes to know what law enforcement did and what actions were taken.

10:13 a.m. Grand Theft in Plymouth. Caller states someone stole tires worth over $1,000 last Wednesday from his property, when he discovered this he began to padlock the property. Caller then found that on Sunday night his padlock was cut and someone drove onto the property.

11:18 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states she is in fear for her life from a deputy that has informed her to move along. Caller states she has the right to be there and feels she is being harassed.

11:20 a.m. Illegal Dumping in Jackson. Caller states a man was parked next to his fence dumping trash. Caller confronted the subject who drove off in a gray Elantra.

11:34 a.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. Caller states she witnessed someone walking around a home that is supposed to be vacant. She was told by the owner to inform the police if she saw anyone.

1:29 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller received a call from a known subject that seemed to be suffering a psychotic episode. Caller could not get the location of where the individual currently is located.

1:54 p.m. Suspicious Person in Ione. Caller state a man wearing all black is on the side of Highway 104 and 108 screaming at traffic going by. Caller is concerned the subject may interfere with traffic.

2:14 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Sutter Creek. A citizen is flagging down cars for an unknown reason.

4:15 p.m. Welfare Check on Eastbound 88 near Blue Sky in Ione. There is a young female, approximately 14, in the middle of the roadway.

8:06 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states there will likely be a party tonight and her phone is her only communication. Caller will let us know when they run out of beer so deputies can bring more.

8:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace Volcano. Caller states two known individuals have been arguing since 7 p.m. and the caller is concerned about children in the residence.

Thursday, November 12

6:43 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Subject sleeping in a silver Honda Civic refusing to wake up. Caller states they have tried to wake up the subject, but he is refusing.

7:22 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller can see two subjects walking on her property, both wearing hoodies. Caller is parked at the gate that leads into the property. Caller states she is expecting gardeners, but does not believe this is them. The subjects are walking around without any equipment.

9:17 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Subject is on the side of the road and appears to be having a seizure.

9:37 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller’s neighbors son have been hitting the callers fence and flashing a flashlight at the callers dog in an attempt to make the dog mad. Caller would like to speak to a deputy about the incident. Caller was not home to witness the event, but another neighbor saw it occur.

10:38 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states she believes someone broke into her car because the car alarm went off. Nothing appears to have been taken. No persons were seen. Caller would like a deputy to respond.

11:07 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states she has a fake $100 bill which she received from Walmart when she cashed her paycheck.

11:36 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states her neighbor called her a “F****** b****.” Caller states neighbor may have a gun hidden in his residence and is a felon for domestic violence. No gun was seen or mentioned by the neighbor.

12:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller states a woman has been passed out in her vehicle for the past 40 minutes.

3:16 p.m. Trespassing with a Vehicle in Ione. Caller states three women are trespassing on his neighbor’s property with a Winnebago. Unknown if they are on drugs, have been drinking or have weapons.

9:38 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller called 911 stating she needs a deputy to help her into her house due to not finding her keys. Caller was told this was not approbate for a 911 call, then became irate and hung up.

11:45 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states she needed immediate assistance and that Homeland Security would do nothing, then hung up. Caller then called the business line stating she needed help now, then hung up.

Friday, November 13

2:04 p.m. Found Property Report in Pine Grove. Caller found what appears to be stolen mail in her driveway earlier this morning and would like to turn it into ACSO.

3:37 p.m. Welfare Check on Highway 49/Bypass/Amador City turn. A man is sitting on the outside edge of the bridge. Appears to possibly contemplating jumping.

4:04 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states that her landlords daughter breaks into her house every time she leaves — advising that the subjects scattered toilet paper all over the residence. Caller threatening to shoot the subjects if they come in her residence again since “no one will help her.”

6:58 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller stating he can hear an alarm going off — no persons or vehicles seen.

7:22 p.m. Trespassing with a Vehicle in Drytown. Caller states a vehicle is on her property with a spot light. Unknown how many subjects are involved.

10:11 p.m. Suspicious Person in River Pines. A man is walking down the middle of Shenandoah Road carrying a wood baseball bat. Caller saw a group of women down the street and is concerned for their safety.

11 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Known subject was physical with the callers wife, throwing items around the house and being verbal. Currently the subject is in the trailer behind the property. Unknown if he has been drinking or is on drugs.

Saturday, November 14

1:19 a.m. Public Intoxication in Plymouth. A man has been sitting beside the Shenandoah Mini Mart for the last two hours. He has been drinking, is extremely drunk, and is making the customers uncomfortable.

11:07 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A female and a male are arguing and the female is trying to break into a vehicle. Caller states it is possible it is her vehicle, but she is getting items out of the back and getting into another pickup. The vehicles are parked next to each other with tents around them.

11:10 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Fiddletown. Caller states neighbors are continuing to damage the fence between the two properties. Caller has a restraining order and a written agreement that the subjects will leave the callers fence line alone.

11:23 a.m. Be on the Lookout in Pine Grove. A woman was in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Caller made contact and she stated she was not taking her medication and seemed to be having an “episode.” The female drove off.

12:33 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states he believes someone broke into his home.

12:52 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller has not heard from his granddaughter in 3 months. Per the caller, she is living with a cousin and it is unusual for him not to hear from her. Would like a deputy to check on her.

1:42 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller states his vehicle was dented and keyed while he was in Walmart. Caller is currently at home.

1:45 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller would like to file a report because he had a plumber come to his residence to provide a free inspection. Caller felt intimidated and was charged $500. Caller wants his money back, Caller was advised it is a civil suit but is requesting to speak with law enforcement to file a report.

2:49 p.m. Annoying Phone Calls in River Pines. Caller received threatening messages on callers voicemail from an unknown person. Callers English is not great and it is unclear as to what exactly is said, but it is threatening. Caller tried online reporting and was unable to complete the process.

3:20 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove caller witnessed three people on a green ATV stop at the neighbor’s home and left with a white package. Caller in contact with the neighbor to see if something was stolen.

3:21 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller’s neighbor called the caller and said an unknown subject took a package off of her porch. Per the caller, the subjects are still “racing” up and down the street in a green off-road vehicle.

8:39 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Fiddletown. Described as the turnout on the eastbound lane near the creek just past Fiddletown, caller saw what he believes is human skeletal remains on the side of the road.

9:35 p.m. Found Property Report. Caller found a purse on the side of the road belonging to a female in Florida.

11:42 p.m. Unlawful Entry to Dwelling in Jackson. Caller states her landlord entered her residence and took multiple items including court paperwork regarding her eviction notice. Also possibly an envelope with money in it. Caller has video evidence.

Sunday, November 15

8:30 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller is concerned about neighbor that possibly got arrested last night and is concerned for the animals the subject owns. Requesting law enforcements advice on how to care for the animals.

10:23 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller saw a green Dodge Durango on the side of the road. Caller saw a young woman in the back, possibly nude and a man next to the vehicle.

10:36 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Caller witnessed and man attempting to gain access into the beige RV that is not his, but was unsuccessful. Caller states the RV belongs to a transient with 2 dogs. The male subject is currently sitting near the RV. Unknown if they have weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.

12:34 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller want advice about gatherings with new COVID-19 regulations. Caller drove by a church with many vehicles in the parking lot and does not think they are abiding by the new “laws.”

2:39 p.m. Theft of Property in Fiddletown. Neighbor across the street stole 2.5 gallon buckets of gasoline for the callers property in the middle of October. Caller was in contact with the neighbor and told them to return the gasoline. Caller would like to make a report about the stolen gasoline.

3:43 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller states a man walked toward his property and when the caller made eye contact with the male, he left in the opposite direction. Caller thinks it is suspicious.

4:38 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Subject walked into store, put new shoes on and walked out without paying.

4:44 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states mail boxes were open, some locks were damaged. Caller does not know if any mail is missing. Caller wants contact from law enforcement.

4:53 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states this morning at 1:30 a.m. he had woken up hearing a stinging sound and heard a car drive away. This afternoon, caller noticed the Kings Court sign is missing.

5:14 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller states her son’s father and his family are COVID positive. Per custody agreement caller should bring her son to his father on Sunday, but as they are COVID-19 positive caller is refusing to bring son to father. Caller is requesting a call.

8:35 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states that a third party said they saw on social media that juveniles are attempting to climb the power plant and is concerned for their safety.

10:54 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. A dark sedan pulled into the driveway, a woman got out and got back into the vehicle after the caller asked if they were okay. Vehicle then left, taking a right on Ponderosa Way.

10:58 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth City. Loud music, group of people, possibly drinking or on drugs, unknown if there are weapons.

Monday, November 16

6:31 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. CHP received a 911 call, male caller - bad connection, all they heard was brother and gun, then line disconnected, busy on call back.

11:40 a.m. Burglary in Volcano. Caller states several items valuing over $6,000 were taken from inside the home around Friday. A gray station wagon with approximately 3 subjects was seen in the driveway putting items in the vehicle. Caller may know who took the items.

1:40 p.m. Grand Theft in Plymouth. Caller states a Segway valued at over $2,000 was stolen from the side of his RV between November 12-14. Caller states the office at the mobile home park thinks they know who did it and may have video footage, but will not provide to caller.

3:04 p.m. Burglary in Jackson Valley. Caller states they have a utility trailer parked across the street that was broken into within the last two weeks. Caller is still obtaining a list of items stolen, possibly valued at over $3,000. Obvious damage is done to the trailer with a possible hacksaw and locks to the trailer broken.

6:03 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Caller states the neighbor across the street drove into the callers driveway and drove his ATV into the back of the callers ATV. Unknown if there are weapons, possibly have been drinking or on drugs.

10:55 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller can hear a woman screaming near the donation center at the thrift store. Sounds like she is hitting something. Caller can barely see the person.
