The following is a partial listing of calls received by Amador County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers on the dates and times indicated.
Tuesday, October 13
12:08 a.m. Vandalism at Lowes on Industry Boulevard in Martell. Caller states a handwritten note on automobile regarding parking in two spots. Caller has evidence of red pen on right door, tires slashed and chipped paint.
10:22 a.m. Lost Property in Pine Grove. Caller wants to report a firearm missing, last seen two years ago when packed in a box. Caller recently unpacked and cannot locate the firearm. Boxes were previously in Camanche then a storage unit temporarily before moving them to Pine Grove.
12:18 p.m. Welfare Check in Fiddletown. Caller saw a known subject at his residence making threatening comments. The subject told the caller that he thinks he contracted COVID-19, per the caller he looks unwell and is upset about a breakup. Unknown if subject has been drinking is on drugs or has weapons.
1:33 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller states the property manager is trying to enforce eviction of everyone in the entire building by 5 p.m. tonight. Caller looking for advice and wanting to know if this is legal. Caller is unsure if the property manager has paperwork for an eviction.
2:24 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller showed up trying to remove the vehicle from the property. Caller states ex-girlfriend is sitting in the car and refusing to get out until law enforcement comes.
3:55 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller advised her aunt phoned the callers father and made statements she was going to kill her ex-boyfriend. Callers father felt concerned and told the caller about the incident.
4:11 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Behavioral Health called on a known subject that has called multiple times about having no food or water and being in pain. Caller requesting a check and call back with regards to the subjects health.
5:39 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A man is hitting a woman and trying to put her into a tan Suburban. Caller does not have a visual as she had to go back into the store to make the call.
7:06 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Customers are making complaints about a transient laying on a bench outside. Caller asked the subject to move along and he refused. The subject told the caller to get a hold of the cops. Per the caller, the subject said when the police come and move him along, he would return immediately.
11:59 p.m. Welfare Check in Amador City. Caller hears a woman yelling “Asking for Help.”
Wednesday, October 14
7:44 a.m. Threat Crime with Intent to Terrorize in Pioneer. Caller advising that he makes drum boxes and recently sold one to a subject and is now receiving threats from the customers roommate stating he put listening devices in the box and threatened to come to the callers house and shoot him.
7:47 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Sutter Creek. Blue Jeep Grand Cherokee is parked in the driveway with a man and woman living in the abandoned home. Subjects spoke with the caller four days ago asking about occupancy of the home.
9:02 a.m. Welfare Check in Fiddletown. Caller advising his wife just called and said that an elderly male just showed up at the residence requesting a ride to Plymouth. The subject appears disoriented but no medical symptoms and is not aggressive.
10:19 a.m. Burglary - Auto in Martell. Caller states a burglary occurred in the last 30 minutes. Blue Ford Fusion parked in the alleyway between stores — purse and other items were taken from the vehicle. Male subject with a yellow shirt pushing a stroller was in the area and caller believes that he is related to the crime.
11:21 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states a black Toyota with two males has been parked on the side of the road, unsure how long they have been parked there. Unknown if there are drugs, drinking, or weapons.
11:34 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller states a five year-old in pajamas and blanket with a lab mix walked down the callers driveway stating she was “helping the mail lady.” Caller did not observe and USPS in the area. Caller attempted to get the juvenile to remain, but she walked off.
4:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Ione. Caller reports a woman with a 3 month old baby was being verbally abusive to her child. The child looked malnourished. Caller willing to give a statement.
4:28 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. 911 hang up. Female answered on the call back asking “What are the children doing: and hung up. No answer on second call back.
5:11 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller advising her neighbor is usually a quiet man, but she can hear loud music coming from his house for the last 6 hours. Very odd behavior for the subject.
7:02 p.m. Vandalism in Pine Grove. Caller states a dark blue SAAB has been egged and shot with a BB gun. Known subject drove up and was caught by the Ring Camera, subject has past issues with the callers sister.
7:40 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller contacted stating she ordered security cameras and requested to speak with a deputy.
8:08 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Approximately 30 minutes ago callers landlord charged callers side door and was verbal with the caller stating that if he did not get off the property bad things would happen.
8:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Callers 3 year-old daughter was on a zoom call stated she had not eaten all day.
8:34 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states a black Charger with unknown subjects is in the callers driveway refusing to leave. Caller saw the female in the vehicle with another unknown subject.
8:34 p.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. Subject is looking for the pastor, possibly on drugs. Had a small log fire in front of a gray two-door sedan.
10:03 p.m. Indiscriminate shooting in Plymouth. North of the caller, multiple shots fired in the past 30 minutes.
10:34 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller hears yelling and screaming.
11:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Willow Creek. Four to five people are having a party and began yelling and screaming. Caller is unable to see anyone.
Thursday, October 15
2:35 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Calling to ask if there was thunder, wants a deputy to check it out.
3:10 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller at gas station near the abandoned residence. Two men one with a canine are attempting to take an A/C unit.
6:32 a.m. Illegal Dumping in Jackson Valley. Caller reporting a male subject in older dark colored Chevy dumped a coach loveseat behind her house.
11:39 a.m. Robbery at El Dorado Savings in Sutter Creek. Man with black hat, blue bandana on face, blue tote bag, blue mountain bike took approximately $7,500 in all denominations, no ink bombs. He headed toward Sutter Creek. Bank locked down and pulling video now. Witness inside.
12:39 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson. Tenant is not closing poverty gate that they share. Tenant is at home now. Restraining order on file for both parties.
2:16 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller can hear the neighbors in a verbal argument — two males and a female.
2:17 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Across the street the neighbor is barking like a dog in his front yard/ Possibly drunk, or on drugs. No known weapons.
2:59 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states two subjects are in the residence. Looks like they are trashing the place. No weapons seen, and no further details.
3:20 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Female in a white GMC Envoy is trying to flag down cars. Then the female got in the car and a male subject jumped out and ran onto a neighboring property jumping the fence. He was holding his arm as if it had been injured.
3:26 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller states a male subject with a sign is jumping in and out of traffic. Unknown if he is on drugs, has been drinking or has weapons.
5:43 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller states she was intentionally run off the road by a black Toyota Camry. Caller does not know who the subject is, possibly the person stalking her. A different car tried to run her off the road earlier today.
7 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller saw a man and woman parked at the end of the cul-de-sac. Caller states they got upset when the caller asked why they parked there. Caller states these are not neighbors of hers. Unknown if drugs, alcohol are involved and no known weapons.
7:02 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. The mother of the landlord is pounding on the callers door trying to get into the callers trailer.
9:24 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states her tenant is flashing lights in the callers hue and revving the car in the driveway.
10:06 p.m. Theft of Property in Buena Vista. Caller states his catalytic converter has been taken from his truck while he was in the saloon. Unknown who could have done it.
10:37 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Plymouth. Black Toyota RAV is slowly driving through the neighborhood. Has been parked in the hardware parking lot now for 20 minutes. Last caller looked, it was driving slow through the parking lot as well.
Friday, October 16
9:20 a.m. Suspicious Person on Martell. Caller advising ongoing issue with a transient male subject sleeping near the employee entrance. Subject is there now.
9:47 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle on Tonzi Road. Caller advising a vehicle with a camper has been parked in the turnout for the last two days. Caller believes the subjects are “up to no good.”
10:59 a.m. Burglary in Pine Grove. Forced entry to the residence with items takes. Residence is listed for sale. Subjects left behind a vehicle, stated it appears subjects have been squatting.
11:44 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. A subject tole sunglasses and bottles of water, store has camera footage.
12:21 p.m. Brandishing a Weapon in Sutter Creek. Caller states his roommate threatened him and pulled out a firearm. The subject is in the front yard, caller is in the residence.
2:15 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller requesting someone check on his mother. They are in the process of moving and caller “just has a writ feeling about the moving company.” Caller does not believe his mother is okay at the moment.
2:25 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Man walked out of the store with a shopping cart full of items, left cart in parking lot and it was retrieved by loss prevention. Subject is still in the parking lot possibly is on drugs, has been drinking, no known weapons.
3:16 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Noise from the residence next door. Silver SUV is parked in the driveway, caller advising a woman is screaming and lifting up her dress.
3:35 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller states there is a black Expedition with a woman going car to car begging for money stating she was abused by her boyfriend and does not have money to get home. Caller advising she thinks it is a scam as there is a man in the vehicle.
4:12 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller was sent an email that a patient was having chest pains and numbness in her left arm. Caller has tried to reach the patient several times and cannot contact her, would like a deputy to check on her.
7:49 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller stating that near pump four a customer left a red ice chest about ten minutes ago. Caller opened the chest and believes there is a pipe bomb inside of it. It’s a pipe with tape around it. Caller closed its immediately and has advised others to clear the area.
10:31 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. A man is walking around the food court and looking into all the windows of the businesses,
11:16 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller wants a deputy to check her residence, Caller states she is being stalked and stating her house is surrounded and she needs to get her phone from her car. Caller stated law enforcement is aware and has agreed to assist her.
11:46 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson Valley. A man in dark clothes came up to the callers front porch and spoke to the callers son through the window asking how to get to the casino. Callers son went to wake up the caller and the subject left the property.
Saturday, October 17
12:09 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states someone broke her dogs jaw. Caller could not articulate when this occurred but possibly before she bought her dog over a year ago. Caller is crying and requesting a deputy come see her.
1:08 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Caller believes her neighbor is spraying pepper spray into her swamp cooler.
1:47 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Caller states a male subject is currently at the callers door with her husband stating he is a police officer and wants them to step outside.
3:59 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Two subjects, a male and a female are sleeping inside a black Mazda sedan. Caller will be attempting to wake them up and call back with further information.
6:16 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Jackson Valley. Caller heard 4-5 gun shots. Caller is unsure if it came from the hunting club or further back in the village. Nothing seen, only heard.
9:06 a.m. Unlawful Entry to a Dwelling in Martell. Transient has set up a camp on the callers property and the caller would like him removed from his property.
11:30 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states a man left the store with a cart full of items, loss prevention recovered the items. Subject driving a dark blue Nissan Versa with paper plates, busted out back window, heading eastbound on Highway 88.
12:07 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. A man is beating up a woman.
1:02 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. A transient is being verbal with employees saying she will “F them u,” ramming shopping carts into the propane tanks. Possibly on drugs, has been drinking, no known weapons.
1:12 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller states the landlord has shown up to her residence unannounced doing yard work and home improvement projects. Caller states the landlord is violating the contract to give her 24 hour notice before showing up.
1:34 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller would like to speak to a deputy about an SUV that she heard come onto her property. Caller said it sounded like an SUV. Caller did not see anyone but would like to speak to a deputy.
2:41 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. There is a SUV pulled over with a man hitting a woman.
3:30 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller has questions if it is legal to sell personal items on county property.
4:14 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Sutter Creek. There is a vehicle parked in the callers driveway that does not belong there.
5:09 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Back seat of a black Yukon there is an elderly woman saying it was hot and unable to articulate anything else. Caller tried to open the door, but it is locked. Caller also did an announcement over the store intercom, but no one has showed up.
5:14 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Incident at Sunset Cemetery, per caller a known subject rammed his vehicle twice then left eastbound towards Jackson. Unknown if there are weapons, but caller says he knows the subject has a .45 handgun and is usually high.
9:51 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states someone is outside, she can hear the car running.
10:53 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller was asked to walk through of the bar and immediately a loud argument could be heard in the background.
Sunday, October 18
12:41 a.m. Lost Property in Jackson Valley. Caller lost her wallet at the casino, was notified by her bank that someone was attempting to use her card at a different location.
1:37 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states a male in a black Ford SUV is currently in the parking lot and refusing to leave. Very irate and verbal with the clerk.
8:58 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Callers neighbor informed him there is a vehicle parked in the drive of his residence when no one should be there.
5:55 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Callers sister is in a relationship with someone she doesn’t want to have around her anymore. Boyfriend is refusing to move out of the residence even though she has advised him to leave. Caller would like a deputy to make sure everything is okay at the residence.
6:41 p.m. Robbery in Plymouth. Female subject took 4-5 makeup items and pushed her way out of the store. She’s in the parking lot now sitting in a sliver Jeep. Unknown if she has been drinking, is on drugs, or if she has weapons.
7:47 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. A man kicked out the tail light on a Corvette and now there are 8 people fighting.
9:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller is out of country and states her husband is having mental issues. He is saying he believes someone is coming to get him.
9:37 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states her dogs are used and acting up. Caller cannot see anything or hear anything.
10:54 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Elderly man with possible dementia or mental issues was throwing things around in the neighborhood.
11:19 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller would like to know if there are officers in the area. Caller requested the area checked, states she is scared for her life.
Monday, October 19
3:24 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. A man and woman are in a loud verbal argument at the bar.
3:40 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Caller states a vehicle has been parked at the bottom driveway, running, approximately 15 feet from the stop sign.
4:23 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller states elderly friend came home from the hospital and is still having issues. Wants to know what he can do in regards to the subjects behavior.
