Tuesday, October 6

12:32 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. There is a physical altercation between a man and a woman. The man is hitting the woman.

7:28 a.m. Animal Call in Jackson. Caller states she let both her dogs out this morning and found one of her dogs in her tenants car. Caller was able to remove the dog from the tenants car.

11:07 a.m. Illegal Dumping in Jackson. Caller states someone dumped two couches on his property early this morning. Caller has a recipe with a name on it from the couch.

11:09 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller is requesting her son be checked on who is staying with his father. She has full custody, but has been staying with his father as the caller is sick. When the caller calls her child’s father he does not provide information as to how her son is doing or where he is. Caller would like a deputy to respond

3:01 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller states her tenant was throwing trash around her trailer and property and a box hit the caller in the head. Caller is denying medical attention.

4:43 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states money is missing from her purse. Caller states she is moving and believes someone came into her residence and took the money but she did not see anyone.

5:14 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson. Caller says a known subject came onto the callers property. Caller has had previous issues with the subject and feels threatened when he is around. The subject is no longer on scene, but the caller is requesting to speak with a deputy.

7:41 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she does not feel safe as she can hear her neighbor talking and believes he is on her porch. Caller cannot see him.

8:26 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states her ex-boyfriend attacked her and took her cell phone, then left driving towards Highway 88. No medical attention needed.

8:33 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller was leaving work last week when two males in a white Toyota sedan were waving at the caller. The caller didn’t respond and the subjects yelled at the caller, “Oh, you’re not going to wave back.” Today the two subjects were back and walked toward the caller. Caller noticed rope under back tire of her vehicle which was attached to a maroon Dodge pickup.

9:11 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller went to the door hearing a noise. Caller yelled back they did not see anyone, caller states it was a known subject who was outside. Caller also states she is taking her medications.

9:35 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Drytown. Caller states a blue Chevy pickup was parked near the callers driveway 8 hours ago and is now parked on Highway 16 west of Highway 49.

11:46 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states someone is trying to get in the right front window of the callers residence. Heard a prying noise.

Wednesday, October 7

12:05 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. Caller states she has received two phone calls from a restricted number and believes it may be her ex who is a restrained party.

6:54 a.m. Suspicious Person on Highway 16 at Carbondale. There is a female subject wrapped in plastic standing on the fog line.

8:24 a.m. Suspicious Person in Drytown There is an elderly woman sitting in the gravel on the side of the road wearing shorts and a scarf.

9:17 a.m. Motor Vehicle Accident - Property Damage Only between Highway 16 and Highway 49 split and Drytown. Three vehicle rear end accident, initial vehicle that slammed on their brakes has left the scene, all vehicles are off the roadway. Transfer to CHP.

9:36 a.m. Welfare Check on southbound Highway 49 between Plymouth and Highway 16/49 split. Per CHP there is a male subject laying partially in the roadway.

10:48 a.m. Disturbing the Peace at bear River Resort on Highway 88 in Pioneer. Two men were in a physical altercation this morning while camping. Caller states his friend threatened him with a knife and is afraid the friend is going to come to his home and harm his family. Caller is at the ER for items that were thrown at him.

11:09 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller spoke to son last night and tried calling him this morning but his voicemail is full. Last night the son stated he wanted to intentionally wreck his vehicle.

1:19 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states his son lives in a tent on his property. Caller states the son is currently in the residence and has been verbally aggressive and angry towards the caller and his wife. No weapons, possibly has been drinking or is one drugs.

6:26 p.m. Violation of Domestic Violence Restraining Order in Jackson Valley. Caller received another package from Amazon with a note saying “I love you.”

6:44 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states she can hear a man yelling at others for the past 20 minutes at the address given. Caller can hear a woman trying to calm down the situation. Unknown if there are weapons, drinking or drugs involved.

7:55 p.m. Unlawful Entry to Dwelling at Pine Grove Elementary School on Highway 88 in Pine Grove. Caller states a known subject in all dark clothing, possibly holding a machete, is currently on her property. He was in a verbal argument with the caller while she was in her vehicle. Unknown where he went after caller told him to leave, but caller believes he is still on the property. Saw two flashlights in the trees on her property, so possibly another subject is with the subject.

8:15 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances on Highway 88 west of Cedar Heights in Pioneer. Caller states there were lights flashing on a backhoe parked in the yard near the tomato plant.

Thursday, October 8

7:39 a.m. Found Property Report at Plymouth Elementary School in Plymouth. Ongoing issues with subjects dumping trash in the school’s dumpster _ last night multiple marijuana plants dumped.

11:03 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pioneer. White Durango with its doors open occupied by a man. Subject does not appear to be a neighbor. Caller worried because mailboxes in the area were recently broken into.

11:14 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Known subject is moving into callers residence. Caller told him no, but he put a mattress and personal items in a room. Caller asked that the items be removed, and the subject refused. Callers keys are now missing and caller believes this is could fall under elder abuse as he is 80 years old.

4:52 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller thinks someone there is a subject underneath his house. States he can hear voices under the house and in the crawl space, unable to understand what they are saying. Caller states he is on anti-depression medications. No weapons, has not been drinking or on drugs other than prescribed medications

5:01 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller reports a man was on foot and walking into traffic on Highway 124.

5:39 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle at Walmart in Martell. Towards back of the parking lot a van has been abandoned and caller would like law enforcement to check and make sure the vehicle is not stolen.

6:05 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. A female is driving in the bike lane on a motorized wheel chair. Caller is concerned for the subjects wellbeing.

7:20 p.m. Found Property Report at Walmart in Martell. A wallet was left in lost and found, upon inspection it contains drugs and multiple ID’s for several different subjects.

7:42 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Clerk states a man is approaching female customers asking if they want to buy something from him.

9:01 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle on Coal Mine Road/Reservation Road in Jackson Valley just after the casino. Vehicle with its lights on sitting on the side of the road for the last 30 minutes.

9:14 p.m. Suspicious Person in Volcano. Two or three subjects currently are on the SPI property. Property owner would like a deputy dispatched to the area. There are multiple flashlights going through the trees and caller heard them possibly climbing a fence.

11:33 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Loud voices have been heard over the last two hours. Caller believes it is coming from the top of Stanford Street.

Friday, October 9

12:18 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Landlord is blocking callers vehicle in with a tractor. Landlord lives on the property.

12:21 p.m. Citizens Assistance at Jackson Waste Water Plant 1/2 mile past Busi Parking Lot in Jackson. Caller needs to make a delivery and the gates are locked. Caller is in a large semi.

12:46 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states he was drug by his sister a year ago. States his sister is a sniper and has a direct line of sight to his gas line. Caller wants to make a report and document his statements. No weapons, has not been drinking and is not on drugs.

3:12 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Plymouth. Caller is selling a car on Craigslist. The subject attempting to buy the car sent a check in the mail to the caller, but the caller wants to return the check believing that it is a scam but wants advice on how to handle it.

4:03 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell left lane exiting Industry Boulevard, reports a man passed out in a white pickup truck, obstructing traffic.

5:25 p.m. Lost Property in Amador/Calaveras County. Caller lost his wallet sometime after 8:30 a.m. Wallet had $4,000 in cash, caller has cancelled his credit cards, suspects it was stolen by a new employee who was with him all day and newly hired.

6:01 p.m. Welfare Check in pine Grove. Caller edited a call from his mother’s partner stating his mother has been drinking and taking pain pills this evening. Caller is concerned she may try to OD on pills as she is bipolar and has tried to do so previously. Caller is also concerned for the grandchildren who are staying at the house.

9:22 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Beige Toyota sitting partially in the roadway for the last 20 minutes. Caller states multiple subjects got out of the vehicle and left going toward the water treatment facility.

9:47 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Latrobe County Line. Caller states there was a Charger Police Car on the side of the road with the door open and all the lights on. Per the caller no one is around or in the area. Caller worried due to the way the vehicle was pulled over on the side of the road.

9:48 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Ex-husband is upset and slamming things over a separation. Caller states the ex is currently outside the trailer, is drunk and has multiple machetes on his person.

10:29 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Ongoing issue with neighbors, there is a loud party going on at the top of the street.

Saturday, October 10

12:37 a.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Dark Blue BMW with someone possibly “slumped over the wheel: has been there for 10 minutes. Caller refusing to go check.

2:23 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. There is a male not breathing and unconscious at the RV park.

6:56 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Ongoing landlord/tenant issues. Tenant is blocking the callers driveway.

11:11 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. Caller states there are three transients drinking beer at Pine Grove Park. No weapons seen.

3:53 p.m. Found Property Report at Dalton General Store near the car wash entrance. Caller states a large bag full of drugs was found.

5:31 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller states her tenant left a trash bag of feces on the callers property sometime today. Caller wants a report made.

6:07 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Callers landlord parked his vehicle behind hers and is refusing to move his vehicle for her to leave. Caller texted the landlord, but he is not replying. Caller requesting a deputy. Per the caller, the landlord also shut off her power.

6:19 p.m. Trespassing in Pioneer. Caller states he has video that is showing someone trespassing, two men — one tall and one shorter.

7:02 p.m. Supplemental Report. Caller has additional information to add to his earlier report. He now has two witnesses that say ex-employee dumped his wallet in Volcano yesterday.

8:24 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states a woman is refusing to get out of a vehicle and appears to be intoxicated. She is yelling at the driver.

8:46 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Loud party with a large group of people. Loud music car alarm going off continually.

10:20 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states her father and girlfriend were both arguing. Both have been drinking/ Girlfriend left on foot down the street to a friend’s house. Caller father is upset and thinks the girlfriend may have the keys to his truck.

Sunday, October 11

3:12 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller hears a pounding sound at the rear of the residence.

5:58 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states a vacant home has the garage door open and lights on in the residence. No vehicles seen.

2:04 p.m. Unlawful Entry to a Dwelling in Pine Grove. Caller was called by a neighbor advising a female in a small black truck is parking in the driveway. Caller is the property owner in the process of selling and does not want the female on the property. Caller would like contact from a deputy and have the female subject and her truck removed from his property.

4:20 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. Caller can see three subjects shooting a firearm on another property approximately 60 yards away. Two males and one female. They appear to be shooting recreationally and it sounded like a handgun.

8:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states dogs are acting up while on the phone. States dogs are fine now, but caller would like a deputy to check the area.

9:50 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she can hear the back screen being moved like someone is trying to get in. No persons have been seen.

Monday, October 12

4:04 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Ione. Caller states they heard a vehicle down near the end of the driveway for approximately 20 minutes. Saw a vehicle leave toward Tonzi just now.

6:59 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she thinks a known subject is trying to poison her dog.

11:27 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Female walking with a wagon with two small children under the age of one. She was crying and couldn’t articulate why she was upset. Caller is concerned for the welfare of the children in the wagon. Unknown if the subject has been drinking or is on drugs. No weapons.

3:32 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller spoke to her friend who told her that earlier today the subjects boyfriend came over and beat her up. Per the caller no weapons, drugs or alcohol for either party.

3:42 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller has a question regarding the easement to her property and neighbors putting up a fence. Per the caller, she believes them to be trespassing and wants to speak to a deputy.

4:28 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller was served an eviction notice to be out within three days and would like to know if that is legal.

5:27 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Callers ex-boyfriend is out front of residence with a chainsaw.

7:45 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Callers neighbor can see a subject on her back deck on her video cameras. She is home alone and inside the house.

7:55 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller heard a woman yelling “Put down the gun. Give me the gun.”
