Tuesday, September 29
7:38 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Caller states four females, possibly on drugs, came in the house and locked themselves in the caller’s bathroom since last night around 9 p.m. They told the caller they were going to stab him with the needles, no other weapons known of. Caller wants them removed from the premises.
10:06 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states a known subject showed up at the caller’s house going through his vehicle looking for his cell phone. Subject left approximately 5 minutes ago.
11:47 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller spoke to law enforcement last night as his neighbor was verbally harassing him. After law enforcement left, the neighbor came over and started blaming the caller for calling the police and threatened the caller’s life.
2:48 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Walmart in Martell. White pickup dumping garbage on the north side of the building.
3:09 p.m. Theft of Property in Willow Creek. Caller states a known subject stole power tools from in front of the tool shed. Caller was home when it happened.
5:40 p.m. Theft of Property at Verizon Wireless in Martell. A man in a black jacket and black pants took two iPhones and drove off in a dark blue 4 door sedan. Unknown if he has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.
6:42 p.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. A female was walking on the caller’s property pacing acting like she was on a cell phone but caller never saw the phone. She appeared to be talking to herself. She is now walking towards Sutter Creek on Sutter Creek Road.
6:54 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Towards the back of the property, a females is yelling and angry. Unknown what she is saying or whom she is yelling at.
Wednesday, September 30
6:20 a.m. Vehicle Hazard in Jackson. Dark Sedan on Highway 88 partially blocking a lane with the door open, one male subject inside.
6:33 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller stating she is trying to get away from some bad people. Caller is hard to understand. Asking for help, unable to articulate who the bad people are.
7:16 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Female is in the roadway running from a male subject.
1:04 p.m. Vandalism in Sutter Creek. Vandalism of a political sign yesterday around 9:45 a.m. by a school board candidate. The candidate and another party stapled a “Susan Ross” flyer to caller’s political sign in her front yard.
1:45 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at in Martell. Caller states she has experience of sex trafficking to report. Caller has children with her and does not want to provide further information to dispatch.
4:05 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. A man in pants is sitting on the curb, nodding on and off, possibly has been drinking or is on drugs, unknown if he has weapons.
4:35 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states his son and daughter are currently fighting. Last might they were pushing each other, unknown if they are currently in a physical fight. Caller received a call from his son saying his daughter is keying his sons vehicle. Parties possibly have been drinking or are on drugs.
6:18 p.m. Violation of Domestic Violence Retraining Order in Jackson Valley. Caller received a package from Amazon. Caller contacted Amazon and asked them if her ex sent the package and they said yes.
8:08 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Male subject is yelling at a female subject. The female is doing most of the yelling.
8:25 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Male subject yelling in the parking lot and kicking vehicles. Subject heard yelling “Screw you, Willy,” possibly has been drinking or on drugs, unknown if the subject has weapons.
Thursday, October 1
6:55 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Male subject sitting on the side of the road. Caller thinks the subject does not look well.
7:16 a.m. Found Property Report in Martell. Caller located a stroller filled with items behind the business when arriving for work.
4:52 p.m. Welfare Check in Ione. A male transient stated he walked from Stockton to current location and plans to walk to Walmart and back to Stockton. Caller concerned about the subject because his story does not add up. Unknown if the subject has been drinking, is on drugs. No known weapons.
5:07 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances at Willow Creek. Caller reporting a domestic violence incident. Caller’s boyfriend wanted to have sex that morning and caller refused. The boyfriend refused to let her leave the bedroom, took her cell phone and car keys. There was a physical altercation where he held her down on the ground on two different occasions causing bruising on her arms.
7:40 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller states that for the last hour a BMW with tinted windows has been parked at the corner. Caller does not recognize the vehicle as belonging to any of the neighbors.
9:13 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson Valley. Caller’s ex-girlfriend is blackmailing caller over him not getting his things out of her house. Caller states she is sending texts to the caller’s father that she has evidence of the caller assaulting her and if he doesn’t pay her she will go to the police. Per the caller, the assault never occurred.
Friday, October 2
5:22 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Plymouth. Last night around 11 p.m. heard a round of “rapid automatic” gunfire, and then heard tires peeling out of the area. Caller did not call last night but after having a night of sleep believes it may be a criminal act.
7:14 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson. Male subject asleep in a vehicle parked at the beginning of the road. Caller thought vehicles were not allowed to park their overnight and is concerned as his juvenile daughter is at home alone.
9:54 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller states her neighbors are growing marijuana, not sure if it is being done legally.
11:09 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller served tenant with a three day eviction notice, the tenant has not returned since, but left all her belongings. Caller is asking what she should do.
12:14 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller would like to file an identity theft advising his uncle received a warrant for his arrest using his name.
12:46 p.m. Theft of Property in Volcano. Caller advising someone cut a hole in his fence and took 15 of his marijuana plants sometime in the last three hours.
1:10 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller states he is trying to get his ex-girlfriend to move out, but every time he tries to get her to leave she threatens to file a domestic violence report. Caller would like advice on how to proceed.
2:35 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller’s brother physically assaulted him. Subject is currently in the store, but he threw the caller to the ground.
3:13 p.m. Suspicious Person at Mokelumne River Bridge. Caller saw a female dressed all in black. Caller saw smoke coming from the female and something in her hand. Caller suspicious of her location and that maybe she was going to start a fire. No flames seen.
4:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. The caller advised he is a counselor for a juvenile female that found a syringe while staying with her mother at a hotel. Caller is requesting law enforcement check to make sure the juvenile is staying with her grandmother.
5:07 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller states he wants his girlfriend to move out of the residence. He has been trying to talk to her, but each time she becomes upset and makes comments that she will harm herself.
5:27 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller spotted a male subject hiding in the bushes at a neighbor’s house who is not home. Caller thinks it is weird and wants a deputy to check the area. Caller looked over his fence and the male subject saw him and took off, unknown if he is still in the area.
8:04 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller’s dogs are currently barking wildly. Caller believes possible subject from earlier has returned. The dogs rarely bark.
9:45 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller states her iPhone was stolen from her car sometime around 6 p.m. while she was at Bank of Stockton.
Saturday, October 3
12:13 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller wants to speak to a deputy regarding her fan that was turned on this morning. Caller states she turned it off last night and believes someone entered her property and turned it on sometime during the night.
4:40 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Martell. Caller states a dark blue Ford F150 is parked in the lower lot of Jeff Holman Auto Sales and the vehicle is not supposed to be there. Caller will be standing by.
4:57 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller believes someone is at her back deck stating she heard a male say, “I’m at your back door.”
7:55 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Caller states a man with a shaved head is throwing rocks at the caller’s vehicle.
8:35 a.m. Annoying phone Calls in Pine Grove. Caller states a known subject is calling, leaving texts and harassing her. Caller advised she blocked the subject, but she keeps calling.
9:52 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson. A primer gray Ford Ranger occupied by a man and woman on Electra Road. The vehicle is parked on the side of the road and subjects have left trash around the vehicle.
12 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. A subject attempted to break into a business last night. Per the caller the screen to the window was damaged and removed from the window. Caller also has a subject on camera throwing fake money away. Caller has subject on camera trying to gain entry.
2:33 p.m. Threat Crime with Intent to Terrorize in Pine Grove. Sons girlfriend said she was going to send over some known subjects to kill the caller’s son approximately 20 minutes ago. Unknown what vehicle the subjects would use to show up to the home but wants law enforcement to come to his house and take a report.
3:42 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Female detained at Walmart for attempting to steal $80 of clothing. The female has an ID that does not appear to be her.
10:16 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. A man can be heard yelling from Church Street.
11:30 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Loud music can be heard in the space directly across from the caller.
Sunday, October 4
12:23 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Lake Camanche Jackson Valley. Approximately 10 people at the Blue Oaks Campground playing loud music, running generators and intoxicated.
1:01 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Loud music is coming from the house in front of the caller’s house
9:02 a.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Pine Grove. Caller states a known subject picked up some of her items from a civil standby conducted yesterday. Caller states the subject refused to take all her items. Caller wants the items removed and is now getting harassing messages from the subject stating that she is withholding her items.
1:50 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson Caller states a known subject is harassing the caller by posting flood lights at her home at night and placed garbage near the caller’s home. Caller states the subject also took soda water from the caller’s carport. This is an ongoing issue.
3:24 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. Unknown vehicle with two occupants are parked in the neighbor’s driveway for the last 30 minutes. The neighbors are out of town. Caller has video of the car on his phone.
3:45 p.m. Welfare Check in Fiddletown. Caller with mental issues is afraid he might hit his roommate. Caller states he has only had two beers today. Caller states he thinks he is getting Alzheimer’s Disease. There are no weapons on the property per the caller.
5 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller’s landlord locked her out of the property. Per the caller, it is a vacant lot where she keeps her animals that she cares for. Caller’s dog is locked behind the gate. Caller is on the scene and would like contact from a deputy.
5:01 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Jackson. Caller states tenant has broken the wheel off of the gate and caller can no longer close it. Ongoing issue.
9:33 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller’s daughter tried to burn herself earlier. No weapons, but daughter suffers from mental issues and depression and is to take medications to treat the issues.
9:34 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male subject is yelling at the caller after being asked to leave the business. Possibly has been drinking or on drugs with possible weapons in the subjects backpack.
Monday, October 5
12:34 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller sees two men on her porch when driving up. They both took off on foot.
1:46 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Son is yelling at friends that dropped him off. Possible he has been drinking or is on drugs.
4:34 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states she saw a man with bicycle across from her trailer. Caller states wires are being cut by a known subject she has had issues with in the past.
8:04 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states a man and woman are pulling an unknown subject from a large white truck.
9:01 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Fiddletown. Caller states there is a gate blocking an easement into their property that was put up sometime in August. Caller is looking for advice.
9:32 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller states a known subject is laying down outside the building in the smoking area, possibly sleeping. Unknown if the subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.
10:38 a.m. Extra Patrol in Pioneer. Caller wants to speak to a deputy regarding incidents that have been going on in her neighborhood. Per the caller, neighbors have been dumping trash in the area, people are speeding as well. Caller was told to speak with CHP, but still requesting to speak with a deputy.
10:40 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states his nephew that lives in Pleasanton has loud hearing aids that are zapping the caller and turning the caller’s electronics on and off. Caller contacted Pleasanton Police Department and was told to call the ACSO.
4:10 p.m. Trespassing with A Vehicle in Pine Grove. Known subject that lives next door continues to drive his off road bike on the caller’s property Caller would like to know what to do. HE does have a no trespassing sign posted.
4:54 p.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. Known subject came onto the caller’s property, took off his shirt and started swinging it around. Caller states the subject is not supposed to be around the caller’s property. The subject was last seen walking eastbound down Shakeridge Road.
7:57 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller states someone took her wallet from her backpack while walking on Highway 88 somewhere between home and the IGA. Caller later found it on the highway and $45 is missing.
