Tuesday, October 15

12:02 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, AMPM, Martell; Reporting party asked a male to leave, they refused and told them to call the sheriff.

7:28 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle, Mount Zion Assembly of God, Pine Grove; Caller stated a recently evicted person was walking through front yards of surrounding homes.

7:37 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, at Highway 88 and Ellis Road, Pioneer; Reporting party was flagged down by a woman stating her husband was beat up by a group of males.

9:34 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, on Murphy Road, Pine Grove; Caller was speaking of murdering grandmother and rambling about money.

10:13 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, Gold Oaks MHP, Martell; Reporting party stated their neighbor came to the door yelling at them about taking a picture.

11:21 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Lake Camanche, Jackson Valley; Caller stated they came back to their house boat, the doors were open and a $900 fish finder was missing.

12:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Indian Grinding Rock, Pine Grove; Reporting party stated there was a drunk male walking around acting violent.

1:39 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Argonaut Mini Storage, Martell; Caller stated a tenant’s storage unit was open, lock was missing and tax information was missing.

Wednesday, October 16

11:09 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Bell Road, Plymouth Unincorporated; Reporting party stated AT&T put in a cell tower, cut down trees and took all the wood. Reporting party wanted the wood for warming fire and wanted to talk to law enforcement.

6:24 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Empire Street, Plymouth City; Caller stated their ward was not being allowed to leave by their roommate and was going to take them to the courthouse the following day to apply for a restraining order.

10:33 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Spring Lane, River Pines; Reporting party stated their husband, who has post-traumatic stress disorder, was going to the neighbor’s house, knocking on the door and yelling.

11:37 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Kennedy Flat Mini Storage, Martell; Caller stated they could hear someone checking locks on each unit and someone with a flashlight.

Thursday, October 17

3:08 p.m. Trespassing, Vista Lane, Pioneer; Reporting party was notified by neighbor that Mario’s Tree Service was on their property going through debris. The neighbor told them to leave and they refused.

6:21 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, at Bowman Road and Ridge Road, Pine Grove; Caller stated two large pit bulls were always going after neighbors and the neighbors were shooting at them.

7:49 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Jackson Rancheria Casino, Jackson; Reporting party stated they found a bag with a controlled substance packaged for sale with an identification in the bag.

Friday, October 18

10:20 a.m. Theft of Property, Pioneer-Volcano Road, Pioneer; Caller stated shelves were stolen from their unlocked shed.

3:41 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Sutter Creek Ranchos Road, Ione; Reporting party stated their ex-husband was in the garage making loud noises, had stolen papers the previous week and was not allowed on the property.

3:54 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Stephanie Way, Pioneer; Caller stated a woman had tried to open their back door and the left through their neighbor’s back yard.

5:29 p.m. Suspicious Person, Walmart, Martell; Reporting party stated a male was talking to themselves, scratching all over and yelling. The male moved to a vehicle and started punching himself in the chest.

5:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Safeway, Martell; Caller stated a male had been out front of the store for several days and was now cussing at people as they walked by.

5:46 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Red Corral Mini Mart, Pioneer; Reporting party stated they received four counterfeit $100.

9:38 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting, Payton Lane, Pine Grove; Caller stated they heard a single, large caliber shot behind their residence.

Saturday, October 19

4:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Woodcrest Drive, Pioneer; Reporting party’s husband was pounding on the door and was restrained from the property.

Sunday, October 20

3:12 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, Park Circle, Jackson Valley; Caller stated someone was banging on doors and windows.

12:57 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Sutter Lane, Ione; Reporting party stated their boyfriend hit them before leaving the area.

3:16 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Park Circle, Jackson Valley; Caller stated someone was pounding on their door and yelling their ex-boyfriend’s name. The person left shortly after.

3:48 p.m. Suspicious Person, Westover Field, Martell; Reporting party stated someone was inside the gates walking near the fire tankers.

9:25 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting, Jackson Valley Road, Jackson Valley; Caller state they heard a .22 shot from people poaching on the property, shooting at deer or cattle. They yelled at the shooters to leave and saw headlights turn on and heard the vehicle drive away.

Monday, October 21

7:21 a.m. Theft of Property, Commerce Drive, Martell; Reporting party stated several solar panels, thermostat and batteries were missing.

11:38 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, Lupin Road, Volcano; Caller stated someone was yelling at them and calling them names.

2:46 p.m. Theft of Property, Raven Road, Pioneer; Reporting party stated their garage and garden were broken into and five to six marijuana plants were taken, along with dried plants and an old slot machine.

3:34 p.m. Burglary, Shake Ridge Road, Sutter Creek; Caller stated a door between their garage and house was broken, $300 cash, $1,200 in jewelry and the keys to the house and their truck were taken.

5:20 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances, Oxbow Road, Pioneer; Reporting party gave scammers their bank account number and they took approximately $15,000.

9:02 p.m. Disturbing the Peace, Live Oak Court, Plymouth Unincorporated; Caller stated their neighbor threatened to shoot their husband at a board meeting during a disagreement.
