The AmadorArts Center will have daily open studio space for all ages, special exhibits and small performances of poetry, music and theatre. This is a centralized space to teach, promote and celebrate all forms of the arts in our rural county.
Primary areas of responsibility: reporting to the Executive Director, the Arts Center Assistant will manage the activities of the above-described AmadorArts Center, including managing public hours Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., facilitating the open studio space, workshops, performances, and art shows. Filing, keeping track of guests, art supplies and facility maintenance. Provide encouragement, inspiration, and handle social media and photography of activities, and assist Arts Center volunteers and teaching artists. Background check will be required.
