Something has been bothering me about the 2020 Presidential election. How did a candidate who campaigned primarily from his basement, made very few public appearances, refused to give definitive answers to important policy questions, receive 81,009,468 votes?

President Obama, much more popular and charismatic than President Biden, only received 65,915,795 votes in the 2012 Presidential election.

President Trump held numerous rallies, drawing crowds numbering in the tens of thousands, answered questions almost daily, and was very specific in answering policy questions.

President Trump received 74,111,419 votes (the most in history, except for President Biden’s total).

It’s perplexing how such an inept campaign can receive the highest vote total in the history of US Presidential elections. Think about it!
