Please provide the work order, request for bid or recount of any subliminal agreement that you or any county employee made that secured the services of Ascent Environmental and the law from of Remy, Moose, Manly for work performed on the 2019 Chapter 17.95 Commercial and Non-Commercial Ordinance “Project”” for Cannabis and the accompanying EIR(Environmental Impact Report) Addendum.
Please Provide the pages in the Calaveras County Budget that show where the money to pay these contractors came from; please provide all invoices that these contractors have sent and provide me with any/all documents that show payments made to these contractors.
If not in the Calaveras County Budget, and If there was a budget adjustment that provided for the funding of the 2019 Chapter 17.95 Commercial and Non-Commercial Ordinance “Project”” for Cannabis and the accompanying EIR(Environmental Impact Report) Addendum, please provide the dated agenda summery and a dated document showing that the budget adjustment passed with a four-fifths(4/5) vote.
