Jonette Jane Pendleton McCoy resident of Sutter Creek, CA passed away July 19, 2021, at the age of 59 years old. She was born December 28, 1961, in Sacramento, CA to her parents John and Rose (Morelli) Pendleton.
Jonette was known for her artistic and fashion abilities. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Southern California. She was an excellent painter and loved crafting. She was also a great cook and loved being in the kitchen.
Jonette worked in the window covering industry for 20 years. She married her husband John McCoy of Camino, CA in September of 2012. She was a loving caretaker to her nephew, Brett Pendleton who experienced a severe brain trauma from an auto accident at the age of 2 years old and required full time care. As well as, also caring for her mother who is suffering the effects of Parkinson disease. She managed her parents’ estate and property, on top of caring for her nephew and being a wonderful wife to her husband. She adopted her parents’ dogs too, she loved animals. Jonette will be greatly missed by all who knew what a loving, gentle and giving person she was.
Jonette is survived by her husband, John McCoy; brother, David Pendleton; mother, Rose Pendleton. She is preceded in death by her father, John Pendleton and younger brother, John “Johnny” Pendleton.
