The City of Ione Fire Chief Ken Mackey has confirmed that the Easter Bunny has been in contact and would like to visit the city of Ione this coming Saturday. Safety precautions will be followed, however, the Easter Bunny is excited to visit the city of Ione and will be waving and sending cheer with the City of Ione Fire Department. Start looking for the Easter Bunny hopping its way through town on Saturday, April 3, 2021, starting at 10 a.m.
