Want to join a wonderful group of men and women for exercise three mornings a week at the Amador Senior Center?

This group has been meeting since the senior center began. Through the years, many folks have moved away, aged to the point of not being able to participate, or passed on.

This low impact exerise class is open to folks of all ages, even those with walkers and in wheel chairs are invited to participate.

A donation of $1 is collected at each class you attend, so it makes it nice if you are going to miss a day or week or month. At the end of the month, the collected funds are given to the senior center. Many years the annual donations have exceeded $1,500.

Interested? Classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday when the senior center is open, at 8:15 a.m. A walk around the room begins the warm up, then strectching, followed by kicks and cool down. Class is usually completed by 9 am. So you have the rest of the day for yourself.

Interested? Drop by and join in or just watch the class before making your decision. You are most welcome. The Amador Senior Center is located at 229 New York Ranch Road, Jackson.
