12:47 a.m. Generic Fire Call/Not Specified in Plymouth. Occurred at Rancho Del Oro Mobile Home Park on Old Sacramento Road in Plymouth, in the vegetation in the backyard.

1:38 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Ione. Highway 88 near Ione, known female subject is being hit by her passenger. He has been hitting her and smashing things in the vehicle. CHP en route from Jackson as a solo officer.

8:57 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Landlord sold the house, caller was not notified of the sale and was never evicted. New residents supposed to move in on September 9, 2021, and caller is still in the residence, wants to speak with law enforcement.

10 a.m. Traffic Hazard in Drytown. Caller states a white truck has rear tire coming off and is not stopping.

10:58 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Fiddletown. Approximately 1-2 miles east of Tyler Road, freshly paved driveway with new fencing. Caller saw subjects welding on fence and would like law enforcement to speak with them about the potential danger.

12:36 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Caller states her husband kicked her in the leg and chest. Per caller no medical required.

12:54 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller states an elderly female and male subject in a blue Honda Civic or Accord came up her driveway and took pictures of callers house and left. Unknown where they are headed. Unknown if subjects have weapons ,have been drinking ,or are on drugs.

1:05 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states a male child under age 5 in red 4-door Jeep for at least 20 minutes with one window cracked.

1:37 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Known transient subject is outside yelling at customers. Subject has possibly been drinking, or is on drugs. Unknown if he has weapons.

2:08 p.m. Found Property Report in Pine Grove. Caller states a package partially opened at callers gate and was delivered to the wrong address.

2:41 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Subject in bathroom. Caller states female subject keeps putting on new clothing and stuffing bags full of items and hiding in the bathroom. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking or is on drugs.

2:56 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Volcano. On property next to residence, near vineyard, black Chevy truck with cracked windshield is parked near vineyard for 3 hours, no subjects seen.

3:28 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Volcano. Caller states he heard two gunshots.

4:06 p.m. Animal Call in Martell. Parked in parking lot on right side of building, silver Toyota 4 Runner with 2 huskies in distress. Windows cracked. They have been there 30 minutes.

4:24 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Customer came in and paid with a card in self-checkout and the screen prompted the employee to take their card and then the subjects walked out with the merchandise without paying.

4:32 p.m. Generic Fire/Not Specified in Plymouth. Fire of unknown size near the school. Unknown what is on fire. Canceled by reporting party.

4:33 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states her phone was taken out of her shopping cart.

4:40 p.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. In front of bank, caller states female subject in a white Chevy SUV sitting in car crying for 30 minutes with 2 juveniles in the car.

4:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Physical altercation, caller states known female subject was walking too close to caller and caller pushed her and subject hit her in the face. Caller is afraid to go home.

6:46 p.m. Animal Call in Jackson Valley. Occurred 5 minutes ago, caller states neighbors boxer got out and bit the callers sister. Per caller no medical attention needed and dog owner came and got it.

7:21 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Verbal altercation by the front doors, caller states a female subject and male subject were yelling at each other. Unknown if they have weapons, have been drinking or are on drugs.

8:31 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Sutter Creek. Callers friend is an alcoholic and he is being “verbally abusive” to caller. Caller wants him to go to the hospital, but the subject is refusing. Can hear the male subject in the background yelling he does not need to go to the hospital. Per the caller he is very sick.

Wednesday, September 8

8:55 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Occurred at Highway 49/Calaveras County. Female subject jumped off the bridge. Third party from CHP, caller was Calaveras Transit - Calaveras responding and en route.

10:29 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states known subject at property was aware of showing her home this morning. Realtor showing the home walked in the bedroom and found a subject laying in the bed nude. Caller does not know the condition of the subject and the subject is not answering her phone.

10:57 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Plymouth. Caller wants to report a known subject having fraudulently taken the callers identity, $800 from callers personal bank account and callers EDD money which started back in May and has been ongoing since.

12:03 p.m. Grand Theft in Fiddletown. Occurred last night around 9 p.m. Caller states his girlfriend took $4,000 cash and ta tan 2000 Toyota Camry which was dropped off at Safeway and caller now has possession. Caller believes she is at the casino spending callers money.

12:15 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. In front of the store, male subject, balding, thin build in gray t-shirt with a backpack is yelling at people and refusing to leave the area. Unknown if the subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

2:57 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson. Caller requesting to speak with law enforcement about the homeless outreach. Caller refused to provide dispatch with further information.

4:54 p.m. Extra Patrol in Pioneer. Caller requesting extra patrol due to her son receiving harassing social media threats. Son is out of town, but caller scared the subjects could find her address online.

5:15 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Volcano. Caller states he is being blackmailed by a known female subject who is staying at a hotel in Jackson. Subject stated she would release a picture and video of inappropriate activities between the two.

5:35 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller states she was with her mother who was attempting to cut herself with a pen. The mother is currently under the influence of drugs and meth. No weapons on the subject.

7:14 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Jackson Valley. Caller wants her daughters removed from her house, states subjects have been living with her for two months and are disrespectful. Dispatch encouraged caller to contact the court.

7:24 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller has questions about firearm provisions and how to store firearms while a restraining order is being processed against him.

10:53 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Callers girlfriend is on drugs and has been drinking. Subject was in a verbal altercation with the caller and subject is acting crazy and destroying items around the house. Caller states the subject has a conceal and carry permit, but caller has hid all the guns, stating one gun is possibly unaccounted for. Female subject is in the kitchen. 5 children are in the residence in their rooms.

Thursday, September 9

11:03 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Male subject is acting crazy in the office. Subject wearing a hat and sunglasses, black shirt, and jeans. Caller received a call from a neighboring business that the subject is going business to business and is concerned the subject may try to commit robbery. No weapons seen.

1:50 p.m. Trespassing in Pine Grove. Caller is a neighbor and called to advise there is a white older sedan with hatch one and a newer maroon sedan in the driveway. The garage is also open. Caller unsure if the subjects are supposed to be there.

2:18 p.m. Trespassing in Volcano. Caller states known subject went onto the poverty and attempted to steal callers utility trailer. Per the caller, the subject has no authorization to be on the property. Caller reviewed the home security footage and saw it.

3:06 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Caller reporting a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway that the does not recognize from the area, advising he is a caretaker for the surrounding properties.

5:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller states female subject is walking around the parking lot screaming about drugs. Subject is possibly currently under the influence of drugs. Caller got the subject inside the store and calmed down and she is now vomiting. No weapons.

5:35 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pine Grove. Black and white Mercury 4-door, caller has never seen vehicle in the area before.

8:21 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller requesting a check on female that is crying on a bench in front of the post office and asked the caller to call law enforcement. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

6:45 p.m. Vandalism in Jackson. Caller came to pick up his van and discovered someone vandalized the back tire of the driver side of the vehicle. The tire has been slashed, caller reviewing security footage now.

7:52 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Fiddletown. New neighbors are shooting their guns a lot and caller wants to know what can be done.

8:18 p.m. Found Property Report in Martell. Caller found a large grocery bag full of electronics and other items including a wallet and gift cards. Caller believes they were possibly stolen.

8:57 p.m. Trespassing in Pioneer. Someone is on the left side of callers property with a flashlight. Caller is at home with husband who fired off a warning shot from his handgun to scare off the subject. Firearm is secured, 3 children are in the home as well as dogs.

9:29 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. 5 minutes ago, near cluster of mailboxes, a white SUV occupied by a male driver and a female passenger. Caller does not recognize the vehicle or the subjects.

10 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Callers girlfriend is threatening suicide by means of drugs. She is upset that her brother is in prison. Subjects newborn is asleep in the bedroom. No weapons.

Friday, September 10

12:34 a.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Caller lost communication with the ATM, would like a deputy to drive by and make sure it is a power failure and not criminal activity.

12:49 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. In progress, a male subject wearing brown shirt and jeans attempting to open the front and back door of the restaurant and bar. Video footage from cameras, last seen walking to the pro shop on foot.

2:12 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Callers husband has been drinking and got in a verbal altercation with the caller and punched a hole in the door.

4:52 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. White Toyota Corolla occupied by a male subject with tattoos is sleeping on the side of the easement road. Caller did not attempt to wake the subject up.

5:15 a.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller just broke up with her boyfriend. He stated he did not want to live and jumped out of the vehicle and left on foot. Caller is in the parking lot standing by.

6:36 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Female subject, brown hair, red shirt with tattoos on her neck, possibly under the influence of drugs, is yelling at cars driving by.

7:05 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller is an employee advising that a known subject is in the store yelling at customers and refusing to leave.

8:53 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. In field behind the shopping center, caller stating someone cut a hole in her tent and threatened her last night.

10:15 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller states landlord sold the home and caller was not advised. Wants to speak with law enforcement regarding the civil issue. Owners placed a note on the callers door that they would change the locks next week. Caller has not been served with eviction papers.

10:27 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Female subject, hair in ponytail, black shirt and a male subject wearing a ball cap with a pop up tent are yelling and threatening patients telling them not to park in the parking lot. Unknown if subjects have weapons, are on drugs, or have bene drinking.

10:40 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Fiddletown. Caller states he is in escrow to sell his home. Per the caller he has been unable to get a hold of the two buyers to have them complete the process, but caller found out from the neighbors that the subjects have been living in the one for months. Per the caller, they never had keys and do not own the home.

10:48 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller requesting a check on friend that they talk to daily. Caller has not been able to reach the subject today and is advising the friend has been sick, possibly with COVID, for the last week.

10:48 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Physical altercation. Female was pushed to the ground by her husband with a metal device this morning at 9:30 a.m. Female is at the ER for an injury to her wrist. Subject was brought to the hospital by her son. Unknown where the husband is at this time.

12:14 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Plymouth. Caller states a Ford Escape, light gray, was sitting in the callers driveway. Caller followed the vehicle when it left. Vehicle went east bound on Fiddletown Road.

12:55 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. In the trailer on the property, caller states known subject who is an habitual drinker left the residence drunk and came back to the residence very inebriated. Subject is in the trailer, caller does not know his condition.

3:39 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Male subject in a silver sedan 4-door is possibly using drugs behind a silver Volkswagen. Unknown if there are weapons. Caller states she saw the drugs on his lap.

3:54 pm.. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Caller states a male subject is a black motorcycle outfit and black helmet is driving a motorcycle around the empty house. Caller thinks it is suspicious.

4:05 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller states a nurse has been checking on her friend and has not been to the residence in a few days. Caller now unable to get a hold of her friend, last spoke to him yesterday. Caller requesting law enforcement check on him. Caller is out of town.

4:31 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states son-in-law brought two dogs to the residence without permission, yelled at the caller and left the dogs. Caller wishes to report this and would like to obtain a restraining order.

4:51 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Female is screaming to be left alone, another female is screaming to get out of her house. Dispatch called back and spoke to a subject that advised it was a juvenile issue with her daughter because her cell phone was being taken away. Caller advised she would speak with the juveniles counselor. Ongoing juvenile issue.

6 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Occurred 3 minutes ago. Subject walking west bound on Highway 88, male subject, long brown hair, green short sleeved shirt, black and red shorts, left the store with a phone charging cable without paying for it. Subject currently on foot, just passed Burger King. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

8:46 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Callers landlord is leaving threatening voicemails and texts.

Saturday, September 11

12:40 p.m. Be on the Lookout in Jackson Valley. Callers granddaughter is bipolar, started screaming. She is possibly on drugs or has been drinking, drove off in a Honda towards Folsom.

1:13 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Female subject, curly hair, yellow shirt, shorts has been on scene for 20 minutes. Associated with a blue and silver minivan. Subject has possibly been drinking and is on drugs, no weapons seen. Female is talking to herself.

5:43 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. Caller states he won several hundred dollars at the casino and when he left, he noticed a white sedan occupied by a male subject following him to the store. Caller felt unsafe and went back to the casino.

6:25 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Female called 911 for a welfare check on her children in Sacramento, connected to Sacramento Sheriff’s Office, while on the line with them she rambled about hearing voices and voices telling her that her children are being hurt. Sacramento doing welfare check on children, requesting ACSO to do a check on the caller.

7:12 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller is at the front gate advising a female in a silver Honda with dent on front bumper pulled up and was acting strangely. Female left the vehicle running is outside “calling for nature.” Female subject has short hair, gray sweatshirt, in her socks. Subject possibly on drugs.

8:28 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is on the property and has been drinking all night, and is currently drinking. Subject is not supposed to be on the property. Caller is at a rehab facility in Copperopolis. Per caller, subject moved out two months ago and has been at the residence all night.

8:40 a.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller wants to report someone broke into his garage and stole his generator and some silver coins valued at approximately $200. Per caller, unknown timeframe and unknown subjects. Last saw the items a week ago and noticed items missing this morning.

10:17 a.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Amador City. In the turnout, large blue ice chest with bees flying around — caller concerned that there is something inside the chest.

11:26 a.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Pioneer. Caller stating ongoing issues with his friends ex-wife calling repeatedly — stating she has called 200 times in the last 24 hours. Per the caller the subjects e no longer lives at the residence and is currently living out of the county but the female will not stop calling.

12:43 p.m. Found Property Report in Jackson Valley. Two bundles of mail were found by caller on his property. Caller would like a deputy to pick the mail up.

1:16 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Caller is business manager, requesting contact from law enforcement regrading ongoing issues of subjects coming to visit a known subject. Caller has asked them to park in the lower lot and subjects are refusing.

1:58 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller is an employee, reporting a kennel was taken sometime during the night from the year. Reviewing camera footage now.

4:53 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pioneer. Caller is employee for storage units, states a smell of propane or chemicals is coming from one of the units which leads to multiple units. Possibly propane leak.

5:02 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Male subject has an open container with him. Subject has been drinking, no weapons or drugs. Caller states subject did purchase the beer, but now is drinking outside.

6:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson. Caller called 911 stating she was going to die ad she wants to go to jail. States she has been up for 72 hours. Unknown if subject is on drugs. Subject states she has not been drinking. Caller unable to articulate any further statements and started to cry uncontrollably.

7:15 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Occurred 15 minutes ago. Caller states a male subject, approximately 27 years-old, was following the caller around the store trying to touch the callers arm. Subject in a black t-shirt with Santa Cruz logo on the back, khaki cargo shorts. Subject left in a black sedan. Unknown if subject has weapons ,has been drinking ,or is on drugs.

7:22 p.m. Found Property Report in Martell. Next to front door, black briefcase or knapsack — appears to be brand new. Caller no longer on scene.

8:06 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Martell. Caller can hear 2 juveniles screaming, caller unable to provide further details and was speaking erratically.

8:07 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Fiddletown. Caller received a text from a friend advising her that her ex is holding a female subject and her daughter hostage. The friend says callers ex has a gun. Unknown if there is drinking or drugs involved.

Sunday, September 12

7:10 a.m. Burglary in Pioneer. Occurred last night. Caller states her husband’s sword was stolen form on top of the callers TV. Unknown value. Per caller, the front door was locked but the neighbor has a key and caller believes that might be who stole it.

7:52 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states a tool box was taken out of the back of a silver Ford Ranger truck. Box and tools inside it worth $600-$1000, per the caller. The toolbox was tied down and the straps were cut.

8:06 a.m. Suspicious Person in Volcano. Caller states bout 5 people are living in tents. Caller believes they are not supposed to be there due to the owner recently passing away. Caller can smell gasoline coming from the area and is concerned for fire reasons. Unknown if subjects have weapons, are on drugs, or if they have been drinking.

9:52 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states she can hear a male and female yelling at each other and saying they are going to kill each other and that the male subject has hands on her. Unknown if subjects have weapons ,are on drugs, or if they have been drinking.

10:04 a.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Pioneer. Ongoing issue. Caller states the calls continue and have been going on since 2 a.m. and have not stopped.

10:34 a.m. Grand Theft in Jackson Valley. Caller states her iPhone 12 Max Pro phone was taken from the campsite worth approximately $1,700. Caller believes the 2 subjects in the space listed grabbed it.

12:27 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller states a male subject in black tank top, tan shorts, was climbing on a truck and taking pictures claiming he was United States Air Force. Unknown if subject has weapons ,has been drinking, or is on drugs.

12:31 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Martell. Caller states she did not get all of her food at the drive thru and they won’t give her money back because she was mad at them for not wearing masks.

12:50 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. In parking lot, caller states male subject in silver Honda looked like he was shaking violently ad then passed out in the vehicle. Unknown if subject has weapons, is on drugs, or if alcohol is involved.

1:03 p.m. Trespassing in Plymouth. Caller is poverty owner, states 4 people moving into an apartment without getting approved for the apartment. Unknown if subjects have weapons. They are possibly on drugs, or have been drinking.

2:48 p.m. Trespassing with Vehicle in Jackson. By cattle guard, caller states a male subject, shirtless, in dark Mercedes 4-door, is gold panning on the property and refusing to leave. Unknown if subject has weapons, is on drugs or has been drinking. Per caller, the subject has 3 dogs.

4:28 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Occurred 30 minutes ago. Female subject driving a gray Chevy sedan came into the store and stole multiple items. Per the caller she has done this before.

4:34 p.m. Welfare Check in Ione. Male subject, in his 20s, white tank top is riding a bike northbound towards Highway 16. Per caller he is attempting to get to Sutter Creek to see his new baby. Caller would like a deputy to check on him due to her being worried that he is going the wrong direction. Caller believes the subject may be delusional.

5:19 p.m. Be on the Lookout in Martell. West bound, white Silverado was aggressive with the caller while driving by the gas station and then the vehicle passed him and threw an open beer can at his vehicle.

5:28 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Known subject came to the callers house and hit her with her shoe over an affair. Subject left in a white Chevy pickup.

5:51 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Male subject, 30 years-old, black shirt white shorts, is yelling and jumping up and down. Unknown if subject has weapons, ha been drinking, or is on drugs. Subject is running at vehicles and jumping on the tow truck.

6:24 p.m. Vandalism in Pine Grove. Unknown timeframe. Callers mothers ex-boyfriend showed up at the residence and broke multiple times on the porch and then cut the wire to the security cameras and broke multiple items inside the residence.

9:18 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Female, purple white tank top, in a silver Camry is attempting to fight other people in the drive thru.

7:45 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Caller states female subject, rainbow shirt and jeans, is yelling at the caller and taking tires and rolling them down the highway. Unknown if subject has weapons. Subject has possibly been drinking ,or is on drugs.

8:09 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller states she is having issues with roommate. Subject is telling caller he is reporting her for making a false police report and contacting callers doctor to advise she is abusing her prescription medications.

9:08 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller yelling stating a male subject hit her and is threatening to kill her. Line disconnected. No answer on call back.

9:42 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states she can see people setting off large fireworks.

11:16 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Caller states a known subject took his phone and took other items from his vehicle.

11:22 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. 2 male subjects are shooting a pellet gun at rocks. Associated with a dark gray GMC Yukon and a white Yarus. Subjects had been drinking. One subject had a large dog.

2;:20 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Male subject is walking around the business stating that someone is trying to shoot him.

2:45 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Sutter Creek. Caller states known subject is threatening to kick in the callers teeth because the caller has her boots.

3:53 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances in Pine Grove, Caller states that know subject is harassing the caller, telling her she lied about him injuring her in reference to case listed above.
