Porter Scott has an engagement letter with Amador County through Gregory Gillott, County Counsel. Porter Scott has successfully defended Supervisor Richard Forster and the other board members against a lawsuit filed by Matt Dolezal. Dolezal filed his lawsuit because Supervisor Forster tried to get Matt Dolezal fired from his public sector job as an Ione firefighter and private sector job as a tow truck operator. Supervisor Forster has cost Amador County taxpayers at least $10,000 by his petty and childish actions. Porter Scott has been paid over $80,000 billed to the county and approved by County Counsel.
