Lane Closure Scheduled Next Week in Ione 

AMADOR COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct pavement repairs on State Route 104 from Market Street to Arroyo Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. 

Motorists should expect 5-minute delays and are advised to use an alternate route.

One-Way Traffic Control 

On State Routes 4, 12, 26, and 49 

CALAVERAS COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various operations next week on State Routes 4, 12, 26, and 49. 

Route 4 

  • Intermittent traffic breaks in both directions from Bonanza Mine Way to Appaloosa Road for highway construction for the Wagon Trail Realignment Project beginning Monday, November 21, through Tuesday, November 22, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Route 12 

  • One-way traffic control at Central Hill Road for utility work beginning Monday, November 21, through Tuesday, November 22, 2022, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Route 26 

  • One-way traffic control from Barney Lane to Main Street in West Point for road repairs and ditch clearing beginning Monday, November 21, through Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

Route 49 

  • One-way traffic control at Raspberry Lane/Hardscrabble Street for utility work from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022. 

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and are advised to use alternate routes whenever possible. 

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.

ONE-WAY TRAFFIC CONTROL 

ON STATE ROUTE 88 

ALPINE COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform highway construction on State Route 88 next week in Alpine County. 

One-way traffic control will be employed from the Lake Margaret Trailhead to Schneider Cow Camp Road beginning Monday, November 21, through Tuesday, November 22, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. 

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
